But they have been complaining about him

I will hardly take some people serious here grin
Onuachu abi, I like his spirit in the game and the way he's unusually rugged today is great, though I don't know why rohr is having him track back the way he's doing

We have simply played them better
just that our striker force have failed to convert our chances
Onuachu can do nothing with those chances, Kalu on the other hand wasted a chance and another that he should have just set up Onuachu or Chuks with

The point is that those who are comparing these players from different backgrounds are doing it based on the clubs these players play for. Why would I compare Arnold , the Liverpool right back to Awaziem who is been tossed around without any regard for his development and confidence. Every year my Nigga has to play with a new set of players he knows little about yet he remained strong. You think Ejuke will not trash Grealish if he was playing top flight English league. You think if Nwakali was English he will go through the same hell that almost ruined his career just because he is a Nigeria. The same suffering he went through was what put him where he is today and made his fellow Nigerians called him a failure!

Now , think about this , if I say Nwakali is more talented than any English born AM you will shut me down with , " let him prove himself, firstly" without having in mind that this player had never enjoyed the same opportunities that made you rate these English players ahead of him. That's my point![/s]

I was watching the match before there is no really big deal about England as a matter of fact there are overhyped I see Nigeria beating them in a friendly match southgate is too clueless for my likely they can't even break ordinary wales defense wale that Naija team B go show them pepper Calvert header was top notch by the way.
Wales are not ordinary and which 9ja team B? Abeg make we dey calm down nau

So despite Ndidi's high quality, his high valuation will put clubs off from fighting to sign him. Unlike Partey where there was a clear chance to sign him cheap.

Point made.

How come clubs are not fighting to sign Ndidi?

Because of his high valuation by Leicester City.

Finito.
While I'll take Ndidi over Party, I think we're overrating his (Ndidi) valuation

Philosopher1979:
Nwakali needs regular football for a season and then we can start rating him. Lets wait till January and see what he will do. He is good but needs to prove it in la liga
You dey mind am, Iwobi as AM has come good for SE and comparing comparing Nwakali that last played AM as his main position in 2015 is plain delusion.

When Nwakali manages reasonable game time in the course of this season he will be taken seriously but until then any other talk about him displacing Iwobi is okotor meow

Well, it is debatable. Both clubs are bigger than theirselves using different parameters. I think Atletico edges arsenal slightly on the trophies won in the last 10 years. But talking about money, pedigree, squad,i think arsenal is ahead. All in all,i will say both are on par.
BTW,those who took up this argument are not arsenal fans nah.
Davep na Arsenal fan

Lol since 2009... So Atletico was formed in 2009??

It's okay . I understand the angle u are coming from.. as a Chelsea fan,it's normal for you to set limits for the timeframe for success cheesy ..
It's alright..
We have a game tomorrow...
Are you for real?

A club winning 40+ trophies in the 90s but only 5 trophies spread across the last 20 years and another team with no trophy in the 90s and 10 trophies in the last 10 years, which of these teams have been consistent?

So you will say Liverpool is consistent too in winning trophies grin

All the parameters I listed are very very relevant..
We are taking about "big" here.. how else can we describe it? undecided

Atletico have been more consistent? Since when? undecided
Consistent since 2009
Arsenal on the other hand only have tons of FA and English Super cup that make up most of their last decade

Also Fulham, West brom are bigger clubs than most of the 20 teams that make up the la liga then

I'm not using the same logic as Komekn..
I said trophies, revenue, net worth, fanbase, caliber of ex players... Why are u signaling only one? Be objective here...

Arsenal is a bigger football club than Atletico Madrid,simple... You don't buid a big brand overnight.. it takes time and consistency..
You shouldn't be using revenue, Net worth, fanbase as a yardstick, Epl is the most followed league and with the biggest investors? so teams there are bound to have more money than their Spanish counterparts

Fanbase shouldn't even be in the argument and at the bolded, Atletico have obviously been the most consistent team of the two

I never used the term "better" .
In the context of football, they aren't the same..

In the context of trophies, revenue, net worth, fanbase, and any reasonable parameter you can think of, Arsenal is a bigger football club than Atletico Madrid!

Andrew jus dy yarn this and that...no follow am o..
But you all will drag Komekn when he uses revenue to compare la liga and championship teams grin story for another day though

In the context of trophies, Atletico have won 4x more international trophies in 10 years than Arsenal in their history, Arsenal only have FA cup and English Super cup (Titles that are rarely contested with the first team until later) as the majority of their titles

Okay yes I meant a better team

Wetin arsenal don even achieve self if I may ask ?

Hope you will agree arsenal is a bigger club than Chelsea also apart from the last 10 years ??

No double standard here because we know arsenal as big team before we begin know Chelsea cheesy
No need to make that mistake, I can bear Man u rubbing shoulders not Arsenal at all, the way Arsenal, Liverpool and Man U fans live on past glories ehn is shocking, I remember when Liverpool unbeaten run was ended, 16 years later Arsenal fans started reliving their 2004 EPL trophy again cheesy

Let me help you out of your confusion..
Arsenal have won more trophies than Atletico..
Arsenal are richer and more valuable than Atletico..
Arsenal have a far bigger fanbase than Atletico..
The caliber of players that have played for arsenal is much better than Atletico's ..

10 years can't be used as a yardstick to rate any team by any reasonable standard..

And how is AC Milan bigger than Liverpool?
undecided
Atletico Madrid are a better club than Arsenal nau, they've been a better team for a long team even better than Liverpool until the last 3 or 4 years even though you won't admit it

How you even manage to use fan base as a basis of comparison is a mystery with the fact that Chelsea has a bigger fan base than Liverpool
