Dominiquez: Having worked in three different companies bank-dredging-Oil Servicing coy, I finally resigned from my last company where I was the Logistics Manager after i refused their offer to move to business development department in their quest to cut my pay cos I was the highest paid among all the employed office staff. My assistant who was the owners informant took over from me,but was sacked two months cos he doesn't know the job.

I own a company now that is diversified due to my experiences,I am now helping government to salvage unemployment and soon I ll employ my former assistant.

Microsoft did it and got away with it but in your own case *smh* I'd suggest you leave your former owners informant (assistant) alone before he comes take over your own company... If it could happen to Job, *shrug* you might be next in line buddie

Handsomeemmy: I didn't really quit my Job, anyway by this time last, the firm i was working with as wholesale Executive was gradually changing to another line of business, they sacked some and asked some of us to go and collect form and reapply, in reapplying, you have lost all the years of experience, they will also employ you as if you are a new staff and all sort of trash(this type of thing is common in Nigeria) .

I didn't collect the form, i was calm and watching as everything unfold, and trusting for something great.
As God will have it, second week of december last year, i was asked to attend an interview in lagos, after the interview, training started immediately for the next one month, it while in lagos that i was told that they sacked the people that did re-apply or were not asked to reapply, i just laughed because this current Job gives me four times my previously small salary and it also give me the ability to be the Boss(Manager) over some people at my end(Location) of the office.. Still marching forward and trusting God for greater things.

From your closing remark, I could sense a smirk on your face; you go wicked well well... Lol #okbye

Q: What is so wrong with living in your own state, is that bad over there?

A: nothing is wrong with living outside ones state of origin. But I'll encourage you to look at it from "another state's point of view". After all, "alabu'otu".

Politics / Fashola And His Son by Edozie13(m): 8:54pm On Jun 06, 2013
Good evening everyone.. First of, this is not a low blow to ridicule our amiable governor, so poachers PLEASE don't derail this topic for your own amusement.
I remember him (governor) encouraging youths to go learn the art of carpentry so as to make ends meet, as he had enrolled his son in one. Now my questions are: has his son done his freedom/graduated? Who amongst us nairalanders made it/heard/read about the epoch making event? Where is this workshop so I can go and enroll?

Business / Re: I Need 20 Tons,30 Tons And 40 Tons Tipper Trucks For A Project Urgently by Edozie13(m): 12:23pm On Apr 11, 2013
Mr Victor Chidi: I need 20 tons, 30 tons and 40 tons Tipper trucks for a Project urgently, It will be carrying raw materials from a mining site in Abeokuta to a factory in Ibafo, the distance is very short and you can make up to 3 trips per day, your truck will be engaged for the next 3 years, call me immediately on 08099900016 and 08099900017. Bishop

Details

I pay on tonnage basis which is more profiting to you, I pay 1300, per ton which means if you have a 30ton tipper, at a trip you will be making 39,000 for a trip and when you do three trips per day you will be making 117,000 per day, if you calculate it for 6 days in a week.. you will be making N702,000 for every week..the contract is on for 3 to 5 years...

If it is a 20 ton tipper, you can calculate and see that you will be making up to N468,000 or above in every week.. this is very guaranteed. I don't want to calculate the expenses for you here because some people have different ways of engaging their drivers and running expenses for trip, for 30 tons tippers..you must make at least a gain of 23,000 each trip after running the expenses, so if you make 23,000 gain in a trip and your run 3 trips every day it mean you have 69,000 every day in one tipper truck, multiply it by a week you will have N414,000...profit every week...this profit is the minimum you can make up to 450,000 profit every week on a 30 ton tipper.

Payments are made 10 working days from the day you submit of your waybill, so i advice not waiting for long before submitting your waybill, if i engage your tipper after the necessary agreements signed, if you work for 2 or 3 days...submit your way bill so that you can get your cash to continue running your trips, (fueling and drivers tips)

This is a lucrative business opportunity, I need as many tippers as you can provide..even if it 100 trucks..Call me immediately. God bless

Honestly, i wouldn't know what a Nigerian interviewer would want, but i strongly believe responses ought to be intuitive because you never can be so sure what they might ask you.
