Okay sorry for my late response ..
Car is finally fixed and back to the road so good.we bought an injector socket and wires.
We ran a complete fresh wiring from the injector 1 with the new socket down to the ecu and cut off the factory wire there now joined the new wire to the cylinder 1 line thereby avoiding the factory wire...
Cleared all error code.
Started the car and she ran so smooth.

Please I need a lasting solution .
Am using a
vw touran 2005 model with an Fsi engine 2.0.
At first I started noticing after 15 minutes drive ,the car will flashing a check engine light and it will be jerking as if the plugs or coils are not working.
But after the scan was done ,it was not a misfire but and (injector 1 cylinder open circuit).
We brought out the injectors and service them and the seem to be fine .
Now we took the Injector 1 and send it to cylinder 4.
Started the car and it ran for 15 minutes and the jerking came back again .we scanned it again and it still showed injector 1 cylinder open circuit again.
Rewire is suggesting we change the ecu brain box that it might be the problem.
Since we check the socket wirer to the injector and it was good and tight.
Rewire is suggesting and ecu replacement..
Please I need help on this issure

Just out of curiosity, which of the cylinders are you taking as 1?

The one on the right or on the left

Cylinder 1 is the cylinder closer to timing.
And it's pointing to open circuit which is actually the wires not even the injectors cause we have swap them all and it keeps pointing to an open circuit on injector 1

It just came on its own..
It has been fine for months without a repair on it.
It just started misfire which when I put off the car and wait for a minute and switch on the car the misfire stops and I also noticed it will come back after I make a sharp bend or enters a bumpy road ..
It was scanned error code cleared ,tested twice and it keeps pointing to the cylinder 1 injector open circuit.
Yesterday all wires leading from the injector 1 plug down to the ecu was tested for continuity ,and it was all fine without any break or shot.i just don't want think it's the ecu.

It's true you need to get another brain box because of these same issue you had I once changed the complete engine of a Honda pilot thinking it was the engine and after they install the new engine it was doing same thing ontill the brain box was changed before everything came back to normal but sincerely I cried that day the reason was that the car just came into the country toks car and when they took out the engine I sold the engine for 50k and bought another one for 350k

Wow ..really painful.
Am only having being suspecting two things
1. Open circuit from wire
2. Ecu which am scared of right now.
I and the rewire checked the wires today
And the wires seems very good down to the ecu plug all intact.
I just taya for this problem

We took time today to check the wire for break or continuity and all wore seems okey.
No break or short .
Was check with 2 meters, a digital and an apology meter to get a good reading.
And all wires are pretty much okey...
Ecu was brought out looking very clean without any debris..

We actually took out the cylinder 1 injector plug and check the connection and the wires all to the ecu plug and the wire has a good continuity with no break at all...
Brought out ecu and it looks good as new.

Please I have an issure with my car Ac .an automatic compressor .it cools for 30 minutes after which the coolness will begins to drop but the air will be blowing without being cool.but when I put off the ac or car for about 10-15 minutes the Ac will cool again for 30min and stop cooling again.this has been on for a month now.
The Ac guy I told said it might be the thermostat.
Pls help a brother na my office be the car.thanks God bless our hustle.

Pls Bros I use a vw 2005 model . the front is too low and I intend to raise it through the shock.
What is the best option on raising the car from the shocks. I don't have cash for replacement of tyers now.

I became a little confused as to the last 3liters I bought in aba when coming down to ph with all the distance was still at normal gouage.
There by I bought almost 4liters while on thesame journey while coming from enugu thesame day.but when I checked this morning ,the engine oil was at normal gouage.
I also noticed two bust hose which was splashing oil all over the engine while on high way.
Al thesame I intend getting a good Machanic to open up.

But it's one week now and the smoke it still there.
I manage to travel with the car which I end up buying close to 6 liters of engine oil.
And I also noticed the plugs don't fire well and the number two plugs socks oil but the rest plugs are just black but not socked like the number two plug.
There is also a check engine light on it.
The engine also vibrates due to this condition.
I need advice on what to do cos I don't want any bad mechanic to damage the already sick engine.
