dammiejolaade:Thanks Dammie... All the best everyone. Think I'll just step out from here. No point |
I hope this process is faster oh and final abeg! They just have to put themselves together. Tired of d back n forth. Pls who knows if they have centers outside Lagos n kano. I'll be relocating to Abuja in 2 months n it's looking like the whole starting over process might not worth d wahala for me |
The week is over now. Thought they were supposed to start d process again this week? Any news? |
AlexLoba001:Great attitude. Thumbs up |
They should simply have outsourced the recruitment process. They are obviously overwhelmed by d process cos they're trying to employ a lot of people. |
edyfa:What was your speed like? Typing in capitals doesn't carry so much penalty as not been able to type fast. Like you, I mixed up capital n small letter words but I still got to the next stage. Speed is more important. Just be hopeful. |
dictbennie:I'm a lady oh! This one everyone keeps saying "Bro". It's in 2 stages. First one you will listen to a recorded customer complaining n you will have to be typing in the persons details and complaints while listening. That's d multitasking. Second stage is the typing test. How fast you are in typing. They will ask you to retype an essay that's on your screen. Try type as fast as you can. Even if you make mistakes, don't bother to erase, just types as fast as possible. You can go through previous discussions on the thread. You'll find helpful tips |
easier:The two times I've been there, CBT and interview, we were asked if we came with our ID card but we weren't asked to tender it. Take the one you have n just pray they don't ask you to show them. Worst case scenario, they ask you to tender it and you take things up from there, better than not attempting @ all. In the mean time, try get one of the appropriate ones maybe before the next stage if possible cos who knows, you might be lucky this time but you're not sure of what will happen @ d next stage. |
Xmen149:Just go back a few pages you'll see the link to the form. This is a very long thread so I guess the process keeps changing. This time you have to fill a form online, then wait to be called for telephone interview. Start from like 71..... You'll find where diff ppl posted the link. Or if there's anyone in the house who still has d link n can share should pls do. |
Xmen149:There's no harm in them trying. They should just have it at in mind that it might take a while. The process has stalled a little as they are dealing with things in batches now and I think there are quite some batches pending. My friend filled d form more than a month ago and she hasn't been called which doesn't mean it won't happen but we don't know when. No harm in your friends feeling the form. It just might not be a sharp sharp something |
dictbennie:Which is perfect. Better to be on the safe side. I just added that to shed more light on d issue. @ least if you wear corporate you won't be scared that you might be penalized |
I actually wore Ankara jacket the day I did my CBT. I don't think it's important what you wear. Corporate for interview proper. Not compulsory for CBT in my opinion |
dunsduns:Wow! Are you serious? What happened na? Were d terms unfavourable? Let those of us waiting all this while find our level. |
Kenny619:Lol. I can almost recite all the mails I've gotten in the last 2-3 weeks. I've become quite diligent. But from Obi411's explanation, it might take a while esp if they've not completed training for the last batch that did medicals. |
Relax ppl. I insist they still haven't conducted any medical ish after the first batch. Let's just be patient. No other person since the first set of guys have gotten medical invites. It will come.... |
dammiejolaade:I don't think they've started another round of medicals. Just the first set of guys that have done medicals. Don't think any other person has been invited for medicals after that initial set |
Please there are no authorities here. We all are just sharing our experiences. If ppl have response to your post, they'll provide. Please stop taking offence that ppl aren't providing answers. We're all in the recruitment process. Some of the questions have also been answered in previous posts, esp those like link to the job n the stages. Patience ehn. We're in it together |
nikelviva:I asked a customer care rep and he said they only have three centers. Two in Lagos and one in Kano. Don't know if east is possible sha |
CravingChic:Mine was in English. But I was asked to describe how I got to the venue in Yoruba. Another lady was asked to describe herself in Yoruba. So I guess @ a point they'll try to ascertain if you can speak a local language |
Kenny619:;Dlol...she's a girlie girl |
etoman1:You'll be required to sit with a customer care rep to see how the job is being done for about an hour or more.that's d buddy sessiin. After that is the interview. Pay attention to names, the person you will bud with and your interviewers. Be confident. Its more like an interactive interview. the interviewers ain't intimidating so relax n just prepare your answers |
Permit me to say that speed is more important than accuracy. (Think I saw that on Google somewhere) I'm not sure what my accuracy was but it must have been really low cos I muddled up capital n small letters (for whatever reason) but the speed was good and I got to the next stage. So everyone that's yet to do the CBT, please pay attention to d speed. Even when you think you've made errors, don't let it slow you down cos really, you're not allowed to erase to start with. |
Kenny619:Dress corporate. Not necessarily over d top but a shirt and a tie would do if you're a guy. A guy was sent back on Tuesday cos he wore a short sleeve shirt with no tie although d person that sent him back gave him grace to go find something more suitable |

dammiejolaade:OK. Thanks a lot. Will be going for my interview tomorrow. |
dammiejolaade:Hello. Please did they ask you any question about their products |
tuna01:Check previous pages. Like the last 3 or thereabout, you'll find it posted severally. Good luck |
dammiejolaade:Great....well done. Fingers crossed for mine on Tuesday. Cheers |
dammiejolaade:How was it? Any surprise (s)? |
tosh26:Lol....congrats. Despite you been upset about the mentioning name of interviewers saga..... Chai! This recruitment process needs one to just relax or esle one would get worked up over nothing. Congrats again. |
Obi411:Wow! Congrats. Guess this whole process is faster than usual. |
dammiejolaade:It's @ Consol but it is on Tuesday, 15th Sept |
