A fast growing company is looking for a Personal Administrative Assistant to the MD.
Duties would include:
devising and maintaining office systems,
arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
dealing with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the MD;
taking dictation and minutes;
carrying out background research and presenting findings;
producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
In addition to supporting the MD, The scope of the PAA's role can be extensive and additional duties may include:

carrying out specific projects and research;
responsibility for accounts and budgets;
deputising for the MD, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence;
being involved in decision-making processes.

Agukagu: Your calculation was for one way traffic. If you consider return flights to Abuja and Lagos for Aero Contractor alone that gives 6flights daily. Bring Arik flights into the maths. The AKSG of 500,000 claim looks realistic.

The maths is simple...it can NEVER have 500,000 passengers in a year...Akwa Ibom airport has only four fights daily...2 to abuja and two to lagos....except all the flights are with an airbus A380 and full...i wonder how they will arrive at that figure...I think the correct figure should be in the region of 250-300,000 passengers last year..and that on its own is quite an achievement.
