Using normal zoom means getting a new modem as I was told it is not possible to switch from one plan to another (i.e. zoomblast to easy) using the same modem.

Yes you will to get there Free modem, Starcomms will charge you more for there modem, Go ahead and get a new modem and subscribe for Pay as u Surf, Or you want Starcomms
