yahooz: Hi guys, it's PPR!!!
Single Applicant IELTS- December 4, 2017 LSRW(8.5,7.5,7.5,7) ECA- June 27, 2018 CRS- 475 ITA- June 30, 2018 Upfront Medicals- August 8, 2018(Qlife) AOR- August 9, 2018. Medical Passed/BIL- September 13, 2018 Ghost Update- January 18, 2019 PPR- January 18, 2019, came in 1:35am today.
Proof of funds was just a Treasury Bill which I did for 45 days a day before submitting the application. I didn't submit any 6 months statement, just the certificate.
Although, I submitted the statement of account of my salary account since inception under proof of employment.
Ordered GCMS notes twice, the second one is yet to arrive.
As at 2 weeks back, only criminality had been met, eligibility and security not started, called CIC to get the info.
All in all, God be praised!!! Congratulations... God bless u. |

Odogwucanada: What was the duration of your evaluation with ICES?
Did your dashboard status change to completed when it was ready? I'm in the middle of the process. In fact my dashboard still shows 'Application Submitted ', as my transcript only arrived 15th Jan. ECA, is all about patience! |

jjohndoe83: Thank you for your kind offer to help. I recently decided to embark on this express entry journey. Its like a light switch came on in my head and I'm wondering why I did not try this since about 2 years ago. So I have been reading and scouring the internet on the steps and procedures. I now sleep on this thread It's the only reason Nairaland is still meaningful to me.
My strategy is to apply for my ECA latest by end of January via IQAS (I am a lawyer) my intendedspouse will also evaluate via IQAS (she's a lawyer too). We hope to get married in May (which I hope will coincide with the outcome of our assessment) after which we will decide whether one or both of us will write IELTS and we hope that every other thing will move from there.
Query: Is there anything you would want us to consider at this time? I understand that my IQAS reference number has to be on my transcript, I am a bit worried about how to ensure that, seeing that I am not in charge on the process. Should I include it as part of IQAS' address when providing my school with the address to which the transcript would be dispatched? What would you advise?
Thanks. I used ICES, and there was provision for reference number on the downloaded transcript request form; which was enclosed in the parcel alongside my official transcript sent to them. IQAS may have such provision too. Else do as earlier advised on the thread. |

Thetherapist: Please for those who used ICES for credential evaluation. ICES requires that a scan copy of transcript should be uploaded aside certificate. Is this compulsory or the transcript the school would be sending to them should suffice. Asking because there is no student copy of transcript at the moment to upload. Thanks Transcript not mandatory... I think d one from uni suffices! |
