Hello, have you heard back from them, I have almost the same timeline as you, did my biometrics on December 14, sent them a mail last week, and got the same 15 days mail you got

I did my biometrics on the 14th of december too . No decision email till now . I called yesterday and the rep said he was going to escalate it , As he can see my application has gone through all the necessary process. i didnt still get any email .
