My brother he is not related to me but i just want to put it right to him that they (pastors)are all extorting money from people by deciet.

For the past weeks now,my pastor has being pressurizing me into paying my tithe. I told him that tithing is not scriptural,he went ahead to show me malachi 3:8 which has lost its value due to the way hungry pastors have turned it to their memory verse. I even told him that there is no place in the bible were Jesus talked on tithe, but he still remain adamant,pls members i need more convincing scripture from members of this forum.

Despite NLC called workers out for strike,were it was supported by all. Save nigeria group coordinated not only d protest in lagos but also in abuja. The madate by all thf masses was a total reversal to 65/ltr.i was suprised to hear from the news that the NLC/TUC have directed that workers should observe the strike at home today,i immediately told my wife that labour has compromised,not quite long i heard that jonathan has reduced the fuel to 97/ltr,i now came to the conclusion that labour has betrayed the masses by accepting to the 97/ltr,but they are denying that th ey were not aware,jonathan would go ahead to announce the new fuel prize without the consent because jonathan is a very smart man. They are in oneness with jonathan,ghana must go has change hands. It was save nigeria group that realy did the protest not NLC. As for me and my staff will never participate in any strike action by NLC again. NLC are busy making money out of us.

I was listening to BBC when i heard of a pastor in the U S that burnt a copy of quoran,i was wondering what got into the head of that so called pastor,i dont think i have ever seen were it is written in the bible to destroy quoran,this single act can start a world war,i am a christain leaving in kaduna,i know what i am saying, any attack on any religion can spark up war,so fellow nairalanders lets hear from u.

^^^ Guys, c'mon! If a church puts what it deems 'administrative measures' to ensure 'smooth running' in place, and you don't like it, just go to another church where you don't need to fill in forms to see the pastor. There are quite a few churches around!

the last service i had yesterday the pastor said anyone that refuses to pay his tithe,things will be tight with him and if you dont give offering,you shall never progresses. i stoped and looked at that pastor,i was so anoyed that i refused to give anything.after much enquiry,i discovered that this pastor is a charterd accountant that left his job to become a full time pastor.if that job was rossy would he have left that for a brain washing job?

@snowwy,pls dont deviate from enigma explanation. I expect you to agree with all what have been said so far on tithes. If these so called pastors should have their ways,they would request for tithes to be deducted from source just like tax is been deducted.
