Go to FrontPage, the latest Ruling is there. Sheriff is on top of PDP matter. This story you are pushing here has been overtaken by event. Until PDP humble themselves, kneel down and beg Sheriff and he withdraws his case from the court, only then can peace be insight. Even Jonathan asked them to go and beg Sheriff. All this Collabo between FFK, Fayose and Wike cannot stop Sheriff.

The court in Abuja already issued an order on the matter, before Ben Obi and his crew ran to PH to secure some Kangaroo "Go-Ahead" order. Any convention in PH tomorrow is a waste of time like the last one.

President is on track. Wailing Miscreant can keep their short memory to themselves. PDP and their corrupt gangs thought they can squander Nigeria so it can collapse from under.

The difficult task before President Buhari are:
- Stop the decay engineered by Jonathan's administration,
- Fix the dilapidated system
- And start the very difficult task of spurring growth.

A Federal High Court in PH can not set aside or overrule the Orders of a Federal High Court in Abuja - Both has Concurrent Jurisdiction. Only the same court or a high court can do so.

What is killing PDP is Greed and Stubbornness. When PDP were dead broke, Sheriff can and rescued them - paid bills, debts, rents, salaries, etc. In exchange he became Oga Chair. PDP must humble, beg Sheriff and settle this out of court.

As it stands now, Sheriff is sitting tight on PDP matter.

PDP sold their soul to Sheriff after he help save them from shame, debt, cleared salaries, paid rents, etc.

Until PDP humble themselves and beg Sheriff and settle out of court - Until then - shall there be peace. Any attempt to muscle Sheriff will break PDP into fragments. If a push gets to shove, Sheriff can always move his loyalists to form a new Party - that will include seating governors, lawmakers and physical structures.

Until PDP sit down and resolve matters with Sheriff outside the court, PDP are just wasting their time. Sheriff came in when PDP leaders could not even pay salaries and rent - too care of it and they sold their party to him. They should bring their Spirit for another trade. Struggling can resolve this.

Running to Federal Court in PH to get a go ahead is a waste of energy.
