Lol the only victory sheriff would see is the ones he has seen at Injustice Okon Abang's court. He has no chance at the Supreme Court
Between now and Supreme Court, PDP is at the mercy of Sheriff - including Kangaroo Convention in PH. grin grin grin grin grin

All Sheriff want is to sit at the Convention in the Chairman's seat, but pride won't let PDP. At this rate, PDP will have more bloody nose. If PDP refuse to become humble, Sheriff will start the discussion of how many pieces to leave behind.

Too bad Sheriffs candidate was not recognized by INEC
As I said, all Sheriff needs is just one win - and he will have everything. Everything Markafi did will be in vain.

You're cornered guy.. quit clowning..

Sheriff should ask for a refund of whatever he feels he spent on the party before pulling his loyalists back to APC grin

The convention holds and that is final.
From all indications, Sheriff is not interested in Refund - he just want his pound of PDP flesh. It makes a great scene watching from the sideline grin

Even if injustice Okon Abang delivers another judgement tomorrow morning, the PDP convention will proceed as planned
The biggest losers here are the Poverty Development Party. If not for Poverty, Sheriff will not be here.

Let the proceed, at least PDP can spare us the Crocodile tears about not obeying court in releasing their albino.

Too bad he has not been able to stop their convention or any of their gubernatorial candidates.None of his court orders has been effective
All Sheriff is one win - the illegality of Markafi.

Take Edo for instance, they both have candidates. It is a winner take all. Where was FFK when PDP needed money to pay salaries and their glutton list of debt? Sheriff can always pull his loyalists to form a new party if this does not workout grin grin grin grin grin

Let lalasticlala inform people first.. Tomorrow, we will know which injuction INEC will choose to obey.

The joke here is on the judiciary cool
Go to FrontPage, the latest Ruling is there. Sheriff is on top of PDP matter. This story you are pushing here has been overtaken by event. Until PDP humble themselves, kneel down and beg Sheriff and he withdraws his case from the court, only then can peace be insight. Even Jonathan asked them to go and beg Sheriff. All this Collabo between FFK, Fayose and Wike cannot stop Sheriff.

Nigeria Judiciary is a joke.

This Sheriff Saga is very funny. Whoever makes Ali Modu sheriff a business partner or Trustee of any organisation is in trouble.

cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
Any day a "Sheriff" becomes your Tenant, it will take the entire Solar System to evict him from the property.

He was on his own when PDP and their Poverty begged him to come and rescue them. Today, the guy is a very stubborn visitor. The sad part is he has the capacity to pull a very large chunk of PDP if push comes to shove.

The PH court is only obeying the ruling of Justice Liman on July 4th that removed Modu Sheriff.. a valid injuction which has not been set aside by a higher court.

Got it?
Tomorrow's Convention is null and void.

Got it? grin grin grin grin grin grin

Online portal can do this job and the building for something else. Just my thought but it's a good idea.
Yes an Online Portal will be very nice (Manage registrations, data collections, keep track of progress, provide interactive interface for participants, etc). But the building still is a good component.

You said the same thing with the judge..

A federal high court in Abuja cannot overule another court in PH with equal jurisdiction grin

.. and have no power to stop the convention. tongue

Lalasticlala, let people know so that they can catch the last night bus to PH cool
The court in Abuja already issued an order on the matter, before Ben Obi and his crew ran to PH to secure some Kangaroo "Go-Ahead" order. Any convention in PH tomorrow is a waste of time like the last one.
PoliticsRe: Nigerians Made A Mistake Electing Buhari by egift(m): 9:11pm On Aug 16, 2016
President is on track. Wailing Miscreant can keep their short memory to themselves. PDP and their corrupt gangs thought they can squander Nigeria so it can collapse from under.

The difficult task before President Buhari are:
- Stop the decay engineered by Jonathan's administration,
- Fix the dilapidated system
- And start the very difficult task of spurring growth.

Stage one is almost completed. Those wailing that he has not fixed the over 16yrs mess under 2yrs can wail harder. Nigeria will be back on its feet.
PoliticsRe: Court Authorises PDP To Go Ahead With Convention by egift(m):
A Federal High Court in PH can not set aside or overrule the Orders of a Federal High Court in Abuja - Both has Concurrent Jurisdiction. Only the same court or a high court can do so.

What is killing PDP is Greed and Stubbornness. When PDP were dead broke, Sheriff can and rescued them - paid bills, debts, rents, salaries, etc. In exchange he became Oga Chair. PDP must humble, beg Sheriff and settle this out of court.

As it stands now, Sheriff is sitting tight on PDP matter.
PoliticsRe: Court Stops PDP From Holding Convention Till September 7 by egift(m): 7:52pm On Aug 16, 2016
PDP sold their soul to Sheriff after he help save them from shame, debt, cleared salaries, paid rents, etc.

Until PDP humble themselves and beg Sheriff and settle out of court - Until then - shall there be peace. Any attempt to muscle Sheriff will break PDP into fragments. If a push gets to shove, Sheriff can always move his loyalists to form a new Party - that will include seating governors, lawmakers and physical structures.
PoliticsRe: PDP Convention: Markafi, Others Urge A-court To Overrule Justice Abang by egift(m): 5:33pm On Aug 16, 2016
Until PDP sit down and resolve matters with Sheriff outside the court, PDP are just wasting their time. Sheriff came in when PDP leaders could not even pay salaries and rent - too care of it and they sold their party to him. They should bring their Spirit for another trade. Struggling can resolve this.

Running to Federal Court in PH to get a go ahead is a waste of energy.

The outcome of the United States Election has a significant impact to the rest of the world owing the influence and strategic footprint of United States of America in the world as the most powerful country. Over the years, every Presidential election has been closely observed by the rest of the world and this 2016 edition is not any less.

This year the front runners are former First Lady and Secretary of States, Hillary Clinton (for the Democrats) and the real estate billionaire Mr. Donald Trump (representing the Republicans).

My question is: Between Hillary and Trump, who are you rooting for? And what are your reason(s)?

Whether you are voting, interested in the outcome of the election or indifferent - Tell us who you wish should take over from Obama and become the 45th President of the United States come November 4th.
