Arya Is now 8months and she's doing exceptionally well.....

I'm already looking out for a nice, long coat male GSD that will mate her on her second heat, I'm not using the first.

ARYA'S FIRST DAY OUT

On this day, Arya was already 4months plus and I decided to walk her out of the compound, for the first time.

I hooked the chain with her collar and at that moment, she followed me easily, until we got to the gate 😀

When I opened the gate, she stood still, didn't want to step out so I carried her out.
She didn't want to go but I kept on dragging and petting. She tried releasing herself and she was successful.... She drew her head out of the collar and starting dashing towards home. I called her but she didn't answer... Then she ran past the house and was going towards the main road.
I shouted at the top of my voice, then she looked back. Realising she has ran past the house, she ran back and sat by the gate where I was able to put her on leash again.
Then I took out the mother, she was walking infront of us( yes, she's trained to walk off-leash), so it became easy for me to walk Arya behind her.
I took her picture on that day and it's attached.

Arya is very ACTIVE, I mean super charged.

And she likes food, no loves food.

Arya turned out to be very beautiful. Oh I love the deep shades of her black and tan.

One thing about Arya was that, she loves being around her mother, even when others are running around playing, she was always sticking around mum. She still does this though

So, for those who don't know me and my brand...I've been a breeder for over 12years and it's been a journey of ups and downs, but one thing I've come to realise is, I can't very stay in a house without dogs, especially German Shepherds.

I so much love this breed because of their energy and beauty.

HISTORY OF ARYA

I'll be using this thread to share stories and updates about my cute GSD dog, Arya.

The mother, Smart, a well bred GSD(scored 80percent for breed standard), clocked 7 last year. When she came on heat around March, I decided I was going to keep a puppy from her litter, just to replace her.....

So, using my handsome long coat male, Shepherd, yes his name is Shepherd and picture is attached (scored 99 percent for breed standard).... The mating was done and then the waiting started.

64 days after...which was May 24, 2022... Smart littered 7 puppies but we lost one.

After giving birth to six puppies, my wife, who was the one with her(I traveled) told me she's sure there's still one inside. I called a vet who came around to administer "that" injection.

Lo and behold, 10minutes later, ARYA came out.
When I arrived, I saw the litter and Arya was the smallest, then I told my wife.. "I Iike this one, and I'm keeping her".


That was when my wife named her Arya, and the journey with her started.

I have this feelings that they are not feeding well as their mother is not lactating very well and I have been giving them lactogen sometime

Don't mind that advice.

They are almost four weeks, matter of fact, breastmilk will never be sufficient for them, given their quantity.

In my own cases, I introduce SMA GOLD to them at day 2. But there are also milk replacer for puppies, like Esbilac. I feed them with feeding bottle.

Then when my puppies are 2weeks, I introduce fluids like golden morn, custard.... Given with eggs and baby food.
Then at four weeks, I get them dry food, which I soak in milk and egg.
That's how your puppies will come out well.

Mother's breast milk should suffice for them till 5 weeks.

Never give them baby milk formula. It is not good for dogs

Do not wean them until then.

Lovely puppies came out of smart on the night of 31st December.

I am 28 years old, a graduate of one of the university in South West. I work as a contract staff in a bank.

I met this guy about a year ago through my best female friend, and the journey started. I took him to my parents and he also took me to his parents too, and the wedding preparation started.

We were suppose to do family introduction but my parents says there is no need considering some logistic reasons. Although my mum has her reservation concerning him. But since my father has no objection I think am good to go.

He has sent money for some preparation since he is not residing in Lagos. The problem started after I went to idumota with my aunt to buy our engagement clothes. It was my aunt that drove me to the market. When we returned, my fiance called me, we talked for some times, but he couldn't appreciate my aunt for her kind gesture. Although my aunt didn't say anything that day but she wasn't happy. My dad also complained that he has been rude to him. The same goes with my mum.

The last straw that broke the Carmels back was when he was arguing with my aunt over the phone. He did not know I was in my aunt's house that particular day. I wasn't happy at all, thinking that if he would not regard my parents how would he treat me after marriage.

So I confronted him the second day over the phone, telling him that I'm not happy about the way my parents where complaining about him, and that attitude of him is creating fear in me. Instead for him to be a little remoseful and even call those people and apologize, he was arguing with me, still in my aunt's house.

So I told him, maybe we should put the preparation on hold thinking he would at least try and apologize to them. He just said, is that what you want and ended the call.

Everyone was surprised. He didn't call back it was his mum that called my mum, she didn't even persuade them to stop me from taking such step, and the guy too didn't call me for like too weeks until when I called him and he said he wasn't interested in the marriage again.

Actually, I wasn't happy and I have been downcasted since then, but on the other hand, May l ask this question does this guy really loves me?. Is he really mature enough for marriage. Is it all my fault? Please don't insult or abuse me. I just want to know if it's all my fault.

Things like this happen when wedding plans are ongoing, it is normal for tensions to rise. I remember telling my wife we should postpone our wedding when i noticed that it was coming at me too fast and was affecting my psych, but she remained calm and also helped me ease off the tension, the wedding eventually held as planned and I later apologised to her for my actions and inactions. That is exactly what you should have done in this situation. Believe me, you already have a biased mind towards him in an involuntary response to your mom's reservations about him. Back to my experience....My wife's family did all the running around, as per venue, clothes, decor etc, right from introduction to wedding. Mine and my family's part was just to send money when necessary, no one asked for any appreciation, I think your aunt, sorry to say, was a little bit feeling entitled to have some apologies, forgetting that she was also doing it for you.

On his part, no matter what, he should never have gotten into an argument with any of your family members, he should learn to calm his nerves.

Finally, maybe God does not even want the union to happen in the first place. PRAY to God and ask for directions.

I didn't say this was a scam. Except you your conscience a prick you. I don't need to provide any proof. PENNYWISE INVESTMENT is quite recent, I was victim along with plenty others. Person who introduced me into it had screenshots like yours to show me aswell. Even made profit myself but couldn't withdraw till they pulled the rug on us. A couple of others like that. So forgive me if I'm quite critical about this. Experience they say is the best teacher.

On a second thought, maybe I'm not just the lucky type with all these schemes. So in that sense, to everyone considering his offer you can join, make I no use my own spoil another man market.. you just might be lucky. Peace
