You need to make sure you have ALL your documents for the change of name which will include:
Marriage certificate
Newspaper change of name
Affidavit
Acknowledgement of change of name from your organisation
NIN slip/ID
Take original and photocopy to any of our office in the state you reside

I did all these in 2021. Still no result.

Not all agencies have paid! Am also hearing ippis has deductions issues happening. Zero mention of possible delay, they just did it like that like people no dey depend on salaries

Obviously, every staff in that IPPIS got employment with connections. What a crimìnal agency.

I am a Southerner and also work in a FGN parastatal. That is why I want you to be specific because your statement of employing people from the South do not go well with us especially those from South South. I know a CEO of an agency that employed people mostly from his region but a larger percentage from his local government.
