One thing that is so common among the our youths is that they blame the government for everything. For pete's sake, IKEDC is a private firm!! Can GTB, PWC, or Total staffers go on strike because they performed poorly in the performance appraisal? We need to change our ways of reasoning.

No serious investor would want to buy any of our refineries if they know they would be frustrated like the Ajaokuta steel company issue. The major problem the country has is the citizens. IKEDC is a profit making organization and not a government agency. If you as a staff do not meet expected KPIs, then you should expect the worst. No room for inefficiency and ineffectiveness.

There's no ethnic clash of any sort. What happened was that the area was often disturbed by bandits in which the security (Hausa Man) posed serious threat to successfully carry out operation. He was killed to create hitch free attack according to residents.

For the influx of hausa men, they were deliberating on how to reinforce security measures as suggested by their chairman.

Why are they pursuing Yoruba people everywhere? It's not fair. Somebody should remind them that Yoruba people are very hospitable and that shouldn't be taken for granted.

Btw I heard the Igbos are discussing to appoint Hausa/Fulani security guys as security operatives at all their markets in Lagos. That isn't a very wise idea as mamaloja n iyaloja Tinubu might not be very pleased. OPC should warn them not to attempt such as they seem much more comfortable with iPads and iPods.

The only concern I have is the publishing of false and concocted story by some media houses which even some supposedly enlightened people buy into. I have always maintained my uprightness on issues.
