You should have submitted online before posting.well most universities don't require you posting the application form to uni assist while some do..just check your school requirement if it requires u to send or not and still check if u can find a field for signature in your form o

Slip:
You cannot upload a signed application form. You are required to sign and send by post. However, if you have a friend in Germany that can assist you send to uniassist you can send the soft copy and he/she will sign by just writing your full name on it with "place" of signing as Lagos, Nigeria. With that you can cut cost.
