Application: 29/01/21 (Friday)
Biometrics: 01/02/21 (Walk in-Monday)
No Decision mail, immediately I saw my status changed to @ VAC, I couldn't wait any longer & started heading to TLS
While in transit,
Collection mail: 09/02/21
Another mail again after 30mins from TLS, I almost passed out & didn't open the second mail (thinking bad stuffs) till I collected my Passport o. So, I got 2 collection mails.
Picked up: 09/02/21 (Opened passport & realized it was issued since 5th).

Priority: Ikeja TLS.

Landed 14th @ Heathrow & boarded my connecting flight to Glasgow.

Questions @ POE: What am I here for in the UK? Studies... What would you be studying? M.Sc ...
N.B. We were both looking eye-ball to eye-ball while she asked those questions.

Leave zenith o. Most successful applicants here used keystone, Stanbic and union Banks.

Please don't go to Teesside. They will collect your money without allocating CAS to you. Then tell you to wait after three months or more before you will get your fund back or their finance team will not even respond to you at all after payment.

Go and use keystone, they are faster than Zenith. Go with the school account details, you will find this on the school website.

Who else is going to teeside I went to pay for my deposit and zenith bank is asking for the school bill my offer letter doesn’t carry the bill how do I go about this pleas ?

I submitted my application at VFS on 29th June, I was called today for an interview scehduled for next week.

Please who has been to their interviews and what are the likely or usual questions aksed

Plus, how long after the interviews should one expect a Visa decision to be made by the mebassy?

Sponsor details and ID :- I used my mum’s employment letter and payment slip of 651k and national ID card, I submitted her promotion letter also, change of name certificate

Insurance:- I insure 365 days and 10days with Allianz insurance company for 25,219 Naira

Accommodation:- I reserved on booking.com( this right here is the most tricky one, if you are submitting 600k payment slip...dn’t go and reserve 200k room or hostel cos they will calculate that in a year compare it to your sponsors salary in a year. You can reserve hostel of 70k)

Flight reservation:- I reserve on goibibo.com, you can also reserve on emirate too

Land property:- I “believe” this serves as ties to home country but the names on the papers bear my surname (my father’s property)

Ties to home country:- I submitted my NYSC certificate and land property (I think ni o cos me sef I no understand this part but those are the documents are I submitted).

I don't know if its advisable. Consider the fact that you may likely pay tuition for both schools, before visa application, and if both countries grant visa, how will you request refund from the other school which may be the second option?

The condition is mostly when visa is denied then you can get refund.

Also, your passport can't be submitted at two different embassies or visa application centre at same time. It can only be submitted to the second option when the other country has denied visa.

My sister has admission letter from three different school now. Two in Lithuania one in another Europe country But when is VFS gonna open so she can apply for the Visa. It’s looking like there is no hope VFS just mum not saying anything abt opening so she can go ahead with the visa application

Yes... After filling the IRK form. Theres an invoice with a reference in your name for a year tuition payment.

I didn't further my process with Lazarski University any further because I was offered an admission at Jagiellonian University which is highly accredited than lazarski.
