Is possible the iv is by post b/c d one they wrote in enugu on march '07 was by post. it was strictly on iv. they dont mind weda u got d notice or not.

I equally took the test in bayelsa state and have not heard 4rm them. contacted them but they say we should wait till u are contacted. the question is now 4 how long. lets keep our fingers crossed and pray.
