Everything you wrote would have mattered if the Lawmakers didn't swear an oath in affidavit deposed to the court, in which case they claimed they have defected. If the lawmakers has claimed in the court that they didn't defect, then the onus will be on the accuser to prove that they defected. If a defendant plead guilty to a crime, the prosecutor doesn't need to prove anything anymore. In fact, the PDP and APC as a party would no longer be involved in proving anything as the Defendant has accepted that they defected in an affidavit. Provided that affidavit is admitted as a evidence, the lawmakers will be sent packing. No two ways about it. They were not under duress when they swore affidavit.
