1) Ideation:

ideation is the time or point at which the business is still an idea and has not been fully developed.

Great entrepreneurs see things that no one can see; even when people think they are stupid.
Entrepreneurs find it hard to know when to stay or leave a certain idea. But what we need to know is that anytime there is a problem. Is an indication that there is a business idea in that problem all you need to do is to be able to see how to solve that problem and price it for people to pay for it? Stay attached to the problem you are trying to solve but be flexible with the solution.
For example: if you find out that there is little efficiency in the transport business in your area you can build a more efficient system.

If your location or place lacks a certain thing or product it’s an opportunity to build a business. But we need to be sensitive enough to know when an idea is not viable and leave it.



2) How to get investors:

there are four (4) ways any one can get investors of funding for his business.

· People will always want to associate with success and result. And they are likely to invest in a business or product that is successful or has a great potential for success. Let your product speak for itself. If it is good enough people will always invest.

· Product as mentioned above if your product is good enough people will always want to be associated with it. Let your product speak for itself. Let be so excellent that it cannot be ignored.

· Process people do not like long process. Everyone wants things as quick as possible. Let the process you use to process things be as quick and transparent as possible.

· Passion is that extra energy that keeps you going even when things get bad it is what will make you keep going when no one believes in your vision. It is one of the qualities that will make you succeed in your business.

3) How to build your team:

always choose those that are very good at what they do when choosing your team. Choose the best at their various area of specialization.

Also choose honest people, which are hard working to be part of your team.

Never compromise on your set standards. Always create an expectation of what you intend to get from your workers. By creating an expectation for them you make them try hard to meet up to your expectation.

You read numerous rags to riches stories in books and magazines, and hear about them in the lives of people you know directly or indirectly. There are hundreds of thousands, and even millions of people, who have started from nothing and made it to the top financially.

There are more ideas and information at your fingertips on how to achieve financial independence than you could ever apply if you lived a hundred life times.

You can dramatically increase the probability of achieving financial success by applying the principle of emulation in your activities. This principle says, “You will be successful in proportion to which you find out what other successful people are doing, and then do the same things yourself over and over again.” This is such a simple and obvious success formula that most people overlook it completely. They try to reinvent the wheel. They attempt to succeed in a career or in business without thoroughly studying the other successful people in that field. They refuse to learn from the experience of others.

There are many ways to stay out of recession. But one of the best ways to stay out of recession is to rise and become a person of value, an investor or activate multiple streams of income. As you know value is anything that you offer that makes people pay you. By becoming a person of value this way you improve on your skills and abilities such that you can monetize the skill for example the cobbler repairs your shoes, the tailor that sews your cloths, the bus driver that drives you to work. All this guys use their skills to get money out your hand. In other words they provide value to you and you pay them for it. As you know everyone has a talent which was given to him/her from God. One way to stay out of recession is to find a way to make your talent bring you money. If you have not discovered your talent your can discipline yourself for a little while maybe some months and acquire a skill from a professional it could be tailoring, vulcanizing just anything skillful that will offer value to people.

Another way is that if you are already working somewhere you can save little out of your salary every month and then invest it into a business or you can open up your own business. This will in turn be another stream of income for you, if your salary delays you can still get little money from your business. What most of us lack is discipline and self-control. It just takes a little time and its all yours for as long as you wish.
