Goodboiyy:How foolish are you Pops |
How true is this news? |
Absolute rubbish Omo-agege shud shut up... What is wrong with these urhobo people who are known for betrayingg themselves... They were the ones that landed Okowa in power. They killed their brother Ogboru with their votes for #3000, #5000 #10,000 and #12,000 which Okowa bought them with... Another thing is the disgusting sentiment and claims for their refusal of Ibe kaichukwus appointment as minister. We are talking about competent personalities, efficiency and technocrats who will move this nation forward. He is being stewped and baseless. Omo-agege dis stewpeed politicians who only cares for where the land is green of all people. If they have a competent personality they shud name him or her. #mtchew |
Bitter truth indeed... It is a situation that requires deep thinking. What is really happening to the nowadays youth... Could it be that they were denied quality education by their fathers who were given the finest of it by the colonial masters? Could it be a result of the religious and ethnic divides which our fathers supplanted in us which makes it difficult for youth to come together to pursue its common goal. If you think otherwise, nairaland is a perfect case study Could it also be as a result of a dead economy which our fathers created making them thugs, miscreants, militants and boko harams? It could also be that the nigerian youths are all talks and no action.. It could also be that the youths have not created a platform for their presence to felt politically. Am not talking social media and that joke of a youth party. The youths are not ready for power. |
Well written....let's wait and see what portfolios are attached to the already confirmed ministers... Btw, why don't u support the idea of Ibe kachukwu being appointed petroleum minister? Is it the fear that a northerner will be named NNPC boss? |

ECOTERRORS:Confaaam Abeg tell am again..... Joblessness is a disease |
The activities of Boko haram is only being less emphasized these days by Nigerians simply because it has becone a casual thing. When Apc were in opposition dey knew how to come out hard on pdp on such talks. It was reported that multiple bombings rocked maidiguri consecutively for three days... If I hear say activities don reduce, I will slap you... |
TonyeBarcanista:My brother I tire o, if u talk dem go call u a wailer' That's why dey will continue to be fed with peanuts and think they are being given global best pratices. Its just the lack of good quality education. |
I knew a lot of speculations wud arise being that the presidency did not attach portfolios to the list of nominees. However, the Senate should av insisted on the portfolios which wud av allowed for a more credible assessment of the nominees.. Senators asked questions based on their idea of which ministry a nominee welll serve. The candidates were not rigorously stretched intellectually, more disappointing is that, some where given priviledges on the basis that they were former members of the senate. Truthfully, writing a jamb examination is more difficult than that jamboree of a screening. The screening reminds me of christain campus fellowship screening. No commitee was assigned d duty of actually scrutinizing these nominees, even the existing commitees deliberating on salient sectors were clueless of its activites.. .Maybe the president shud be blamed for leaving out the portfolios of the nominees. Put simply the senate was either not prepared or were in a hurry. What's the essence of assessing a nominee on aspects of science and technology and then he is taken to culture and tourism... As far as am concerned we can only infer the nominees based on the various field of study but they may not reflect the mind of the president. |
fulanimafia:Ur comment already shows u are backward... Why bring tribalism into this thread.... #Retarded |
makazona:Bros, I totally second ur view.. Truth is no matter how good a government or administration is there wud always be lapses... Nobody is saying fashola was a bad governor or not... The point remains that if we don't frown and criticize such lapses, it becomes a continous event. Which is why our leaders do as they please and feel they can get away with it.... Spending such money on a website is incredulously ridiculous... I appreciate the op's post at least for educating us on the tender act |

Who cares!!!!
As long as his administration bring sanity to our ridiculous system |
Ok... Dat nice I hope RMAFC are not only in charge of designing their fiscal allocations but are also in charge of disbursing the money... We don't want a repetition of what happened to the oil subsidy.. |

I disagree to agree... Y shud APC supporters be jubilating when INEC has not given them the go ahead... Like I said b4... Buhari can only be President on Social Media. PDP are the master planners... Tinubu and his cohorts are learners... |
Idrismusty97:U still dey hallucinate ba? |
MODs, pls discard dis zero-brain thread.. |
In as much as this discussion is a realistic one that requires rational thinking.... Most of us anticipating war and talking bout it like its nothing av no idea about the state of living in war conditions.... Shey u dey now dey press ur android and BB dey browse, watch tv etc. Everywhere good abi.. Your needs has gone beyond food, shelter and clothing ba?? In wartimes we are talking about the absence of peace and civility. The prevalence of fear and bloodshed.. Maybe some of u ere should go up North Borno and Adamawa and spend 2weeks... I don't think you'll be praying 4 war to be an option. Very well, we desire change but let that change occur the way its suppose to. Op is right. What we shud av been done by those youths on twitter is to request for the closing down of that twitter handle until the appropriate authority declares the winner.. That twitter handle and other shenanigans by parties or its supporters won't do us any good, but only instigate violence when victory swings to the other side.. |
OREMUSSANCTUS:No be lie... Since Apc and Buhari went there to canvass for votes, let us see the result sheet na.... #LauginginDanish |
people wil say that this is not the change we expected from Buhari
