My question is this: will a MBA get me additional point given the fact that I do not have any management experience? |

Hello people! I rejoice with all the recent Ita recipients. May the odds be in our favour. For those expecting, keep working on your profile-it will come. @GS and others who have received their PPR- I celebrate with you. Many more PPRs to come upon us in this family. A quick question - Is Bet9ja legal?if it is, can it be used as POF? I need your candid opinions. I'm for real so please don't treat as jokin sturv (*in falz voice). Thank you people |

I cant anwer no.3 4. Pof for a family of 4 is not 10M( pls refer to cic website) currently its not even up to 7M. However, having 10,20,30,40M is not a bad idea. Aim4Dtop: Please help me out... My thought exactly...its time to start exploring other ways to improve crs scores. For now the window seem to be wide open and its goin to get more and more saturated. For the ita-hopefuls, its time to get back to the drawing board- when the going gets tough, the tough gets goin. All the best y'all DaddyTheFather: For those of us still waiting for ITA, please don't see me as the bearer of bad news here, but those cutoffs most likely will not come down to the old levels we used to see. I mentioned this before, but it may have seen like I was being insensitive or something. The fact is just that I have seen all this happen before and is still happening with the Australian process. As more highly qualifies and highly disillusioned people realise how easy this process is, more and more of them will continue to populate the pool and consistently push the scores higher. Please start aggressively exploring any and all means of improving your score. if that means PNP or dusting those old diplomas and trying your luck with WES or taking your IELTS again, please look into it. let's leave abishek with his predictions and just try to get the scores we have as high as possible. Please do not see this as trying to discourage. it is only a call to action. I know how close I came to missing the boat with Australia because I was thinking cut off will come down. I also know I had to push my Mrs to write IELTS so we can improve our score rather than wait for scores to come down. Yes, all I am saying is not always feasible for everyone because of time and money factors...but it is something to consider... |

Just provide the reason why u changed in a LOE. I did a research on this and found out many people (Zandora included) got PPR after changing NOCs Post ITA. |

Ok...noted! Let me hype you oo...quite a no of us have benefited greatly from your inputs. Keep it up. For all who take their time to assit as well as proffer solutions to various issues raised here.please do not be weary in welldoing as the lord will not forget your labour of love. Thanks again Newmum0615: Na wa for this your hyping o. Lol. Me wey still dey learn work.
LOE is not really necessary but it won't hurt to do it if it'll give you more peace of mind. Most important thing is to ensure your ref letter matches the NOC you choose. |

Yaaaaaaay!!! The Noc queen herself has spoken, her "royal nocness"!lol thanks for confirming what @ethelia said.Yes its actually very similar. Ok so do i need to write a LOE stating the change. Thanks alot I 'll celebrate you very soon and with everyone expecting that golden mail. Newmum0615: 1st question: Has XXXX been refused status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including blah blah blah) or visitor or temporary resident visa: YES
2nd question: Has XXXX ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?: YES
Type the same explanation for both questions.
Yes, you can change NOC post-ITA so long as you are confident that your ref letter matches the new NOC and it is not NOC C or D. |

Thank you thank you... the grammar used tho. Yea, i saw something like it being possible to change but then I' m scared Ethelia: The wordings of the questions are a bit strange but both include something like if you have ever been refused visa to any country, so the answer should be yes and you can provide the same explanation for both.
I don't really know about changing NOC after ITA but from the thread I've read its possible so long as the new NOC is also A,B or 0 |

Good morning all, You just took my question out of my mouth, i was goin to ask that there are 2 similar questions asking if one has ever been refused before. My question: 1. I have been refused a US visa before, does that mean i will answer yes for the two questions? Because one sounds like ''ordered out" and the other like refusal.please help clarify 2. Can i change my noc code while filling my post-ita form? i realised the refrence i was given at work tallys more with adminstrative assitant(1241). However i filled in adminstrative officer (1221) in my express entry form. They are similar though but i ' m confused at this point. Please house, help weigh in on this matter. Thank you in advance. Ethelia: Why didn't you state it ? There are atleast 2 questions specifically asking you to declare if there has been any visa refusal to any country. Also, 2017 is not that long ago that they wont find out the truth if they decide to check with their US Contacts... |

@ethelia Thanks alot sis( hope am free to call you that lol)ok thats fine, will put alot of supporting documents for the land sale. Is it neccessary he declares it as a gift? Can i just write a loe stating that the funds were transferred so i could easily access it. Please bear with my unending questions.
1. Include the deed of transfer please. Infact, the more documents you can submit to show initial ownership, transfer and payment, the better.
2. Either one works. Personally I think its better for the funds to be transferred to your account and he just does a simple declaration of gift + supporting documents |

Hello everyone, I can't say am exactly new here as i have followed this thread closely for a while. A big thank you to all you kind hearts out there. I have tonnes of questions to ask but i'm going to take it one at a time. 1. I' m currently filling our post-ita forms and for our pof we intend using land sales as well as personal savings.please i'd like to ask the house if deed of transfer should be included, or will just the bank transaction suffice? 2. The monies we are using are currently in hubby's account.should he do a bulk transfer to my account for accessibility and hope it wont raise a red flag? Another option is for him to do affidavit to show that i will have unrestricted access to the money as the pa. Thank you everyone |
