Their only chance of doing so is from the audio clip, but it seems it wasn't much of use because they have released him without any charge yet. They probably must have listened to the whole clip, and it seems not adequate Enough for conviction. Because from that audio, it was 15 minutes long and only a snipet of 50 seconds was posted online by the lady.

The 14 minutes of the remaining clip probably changed the contest of the the whole incident, during which the recording was made

Yeah that is one point i also raised earlier. The Glazers will not waste time in dumping him to avid social and financial backlash.
