Her course of choice is Law. What matters is the grade she graduates with and not the institution she attended.

If I may ask, what percentage of UI and Unilag Law students make first class in Law Schol vis a vis other institutions?

Study the offer letter you sign to see if they have the power to unilaterally increase interest rate. If they do, then your option is either to pay up the outstanding loan immediately or pay the new rate they gave you.

It's not the duty of the police to serve as a debt recovery agent or contract enforcement agent .

Although often used, the debtor may sue you and the Police for breach of his/her Fundamental Human Right and will succeed. Moreover, you not only pay for the petition, the police may even eat the money they recovered from you.
