From experience. ...cut off will be set according to groups.......this will depend on the average score of people in this group and the number of vacant post in each of this department. E.g they cant give the same cut off mark to EN code where the average score is 70 while the average score in MRK is 50.

Interview/assessment centre will definitely be the next stage and that can lapse over a month depending on the number of departments (based on our test code).Each department having their interview everyday except if they decided to merge two related departments together......

My assumption is that the conclusion of this recruitment/ resumption of successful candidate might be january next year......I arrived at this assumption based on the fact the result should be expected within the next two weeks after which interview will start (interview likely to be mid october or 3rd week of october)...need to say here that if interview ended in mid november den we should be expecting medical call around december and full resumption to be late december or start of the new year.....

I stand to be corrected bt lets keep our fingers crossed as we await our success mail and a successful career with UAC.

daway: hello house, am a newbie on here. regarding the topic, i applied for the graduate specialist position. what baffles me is that i studied elect/elect engineering in uni and at the just concluded test...i got the code MRK with the 1st 30questions concentrating on more of marketing bla bla bla. am not sure if this is a regular ish with workforce or am just being unlucky as i have little or no idea as regarding marketing.

Paparazzi22: In House Info: Workforce has finished Marking the Test, Majority scored high(25 and above). They would soon determine the cut off, compile the names of successful candidiates and send to UAC for the next stage(interview).

I remember the question had to do with 129 women and 171 men asking for the women's percentage to men (or so), the option had 75, 54, 57 I can't remember the last option. If you are sure of this answer pls write the answer. Thanks.

I wish also to make some few clarifications: If you know you work and earn at least 160k on a monthly basis, i suggest you have a rethink about stressing for this jab.
The training lasts for 4months and within that period, management earns 40k while specialists earn 80k. After training, no one earns above 160k.
Now, i'm nt tryna cause commotion ; they have a nice working environment and company organization is top notch. But Then again, let's assume you are a banker and earn about 90k during training and 190k after training. Wouldn't it be ridiculous to chase after this jab?

I know some 'wise' fellas would try ta wrangle my neck for this post. But Before you try to cast a stone, make sure you back-up(with concrete ideas)

samuelson06: I don't know if the bank can give him the person's phone number. If a man, it easy to track him down using a woman. But then again, location matters here.

eluquenson: Your case is pure negligence coupled with a bad internet banking app.
The only way out is to write gtb to instruct firstbank to lien the account for wrong credit basis. That's the only way based on my own experience.

lucarella: Mods please bear with me, I'm too upset that I don't know where to place this.
On the 27th of August, I transferred some amount of money to someone in Firstbank via NEFT Transfer. I already had his name registered on my online portal and had transferred money to him previously. However, I selected his name and paid the money. NEFT transfer usually take 24-48 hours before the beneficiary can see the alert so I decided to chill.
On the 1st of September, the beneficiary calls me to say he hasn't received the money. I was worried so I called GTBank customer care. After about 15 minutes of 'waiting in line' and listening to their boring adverts, I finally was able to speak to a customer care representative. I explained to her my challenge and she did a quick check on my account, only to tell me that I transferred the money to a another person's account. She told me the name of the person that I transferred the money to. (The person also is a Firstbank recepient)
Now, I quite understand that if I mistakenly transferred the money to another registered beneficiary on my portal. But I never registered that name on my GTBank portal, talkless of transferring the money to him. So I asked a simple question: Can you transfer money to a beneficiary who is not registered on your portal? Their response was NO! I now asked how manage I was able to transfer money to him. The customer care reps could not answer. They kept telling me the same thing that I mistakenly transferred money to the account and that there was nothing they could do.
I called the customer care guys in Firstbank and they actually confirmed that the money came into the wrong beneficiary's account and he has withdrawn it. So I was advised to ask my darling bank GTBank, to put a lien on the account so that once funds go into it, they can reverse the transfer.
I wrote a mail explaining all these and their response was: Kindly contact the beneficiary for possible refund. Now, I don't even know the account number of the person that they claimed that I mistakenly sent the money to talkless of his phone number.
I sincerely want you guys to honestly judge this issue. As far as I am concerned, the GTBank guys are either playing games, or just plain lazy and don't want to do anything. As soon as this is over, I am closing down the account.
