milanseedorf: Workforce na scam. i have finished answering my questions and wanted to submit, then got this "connection to the server has failed" message that i should re login. when i loged in again, the test started afresh with only 2mins of the previous time remaining. am so very angry with those people now. i guess i have failed this one

same thing happened 2me but thank God I screenshot all the questions. ..wen I re-login and it shows 3mins.....I was able to answer all the questions.


The questions come up randomly from a pool of questions and u might be lucky enough to get the exact thing as the one pasted here cos like 2 of my friends did 2day and we were together.....some of the questions were there while fresh ones came up.......

switima: Based on my understanding The table itself represent 2009 only the question is asking u 2 provide the difference between jan - june 2010 n jul - dec 2010 based on the 2009 figures which were provided.

@eldega at situation like dis u r trying to get d best possible answer, turning it d otherway round doesn't make sense but if it gives u an answer then dats gud after all d most important thing is to pass but UAC will not specifically call u 2 explain that they left some information out

you are absolutely right but I have d correct questions which shows that some informations were left out of the chart and they shouldn't expect pple to start guessing those informations

For question 1 take the blue chat to be jan - jun n d red section to be july to december. Adding up , jan - june = 310 +460+230+150 = 1150
July - dec = 340 + 490 +270+175 = 1275
D difference 1275 -1150 =125
Increasing by a fifth is 4/5 of 125 = 100

2. 80% of the total anual target = the value of £400. Therefore 80% of x = 230 + 270, do the maths ur ans is 625. Spliting across 5 sales room is 625/ 5 = 125


The last question, anything below 250 is disqualified so d lfirst chart is out. Using the remaining 3,
((460 +490) * 300000) + ((230 + 270) * 400000) + ((150 +175) * 500000) = 647500000
3% of 647500000 = 19,425,000

Well dats how I understood d questions, anyone with a different answer should pls share

All these questions were absolutely wrong to the best of my knowledge as the information on the diagram is not complete. or is there any counter opinion to my observations?

They are very dangerous to get along with.....so because i'm married now, i can't hug my male friends, who automatically becomes my hubby's friends once we are pronounced husband and wife, i can't hug my brothers, my colleagues, na wa, thank you Lord for the type of my hubby.

It wont be a bad idea for someone that applied for the specialist trainee scheme to know whats at stake in terms of salary. Most people in this category will definitely be on present employment and will need to weigh up their options in every angle to know the best for them before putting all their energies into the recruitment process.

i dont know the reason for all these past question wahala............from experience, workforce test has always been "STRICTLY GMAT" and once you have any gmat materials either soft or hard copy, practise very well and get familiar with it, success will definitely be the answer.

Getting a copy of the format is not a guarantee for success cos from experience lack of adequate time and fear is the reason why most people fail job aptitude test.



Bottom Line is......get familiar with GMAT...(Numerical, abstract and verbal reasoning), let ur energy be on your strongest area during the test and do your best to the rest.................................................

Nevertheless, i will just advise you to let your hope be in this present recruitment and if anything should come out of your previous one so be it but sincerely the chance is sooooooo slim but nothing is impossible

C am pple dey propound diff theories....mind u d msg said new multi-national firm,FBN nor Kewalram are not a new coy.
My Theory: I neva applied for either FBN,Kelwaram nor any graduate trainee recruitment in recent month and also got the invite. Not surprised wen I saw d msg cos WFMC has a database of CV of applicant wich dey can pool out at the request of a coy wu doesn't want to advertise position.
Based on this pool dey can just select randomly and call pple 4 test. As its a common idea for most multi-national coys and recruitment agencies that always state on their site that they can forward CV to sister coy or any of their org for future consideration of available position.
Finally, Its worth trying cos it will definitely b a reputable coy but d only hindrance is just dis Lagos centre alone
