The training pushes them to the limit both mentally and physically in order to weed out those who may not be able to successfully complete the demanding missions and operations with which SEALs are faced.

The types of stresses they endure during BUD/S(Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL) are the same stresses they will endure as SEALs.

If they can't withstand it when lives aren't on the line, chances are good they won't be able to withstand it when lives are at stake.

What does it take to become a Navy SEAL? Even SEAL instructors can't predict who will make it all the way.

I still believe in the show and yes it is real . Remember he is not an elected president Obama his .you dont just take orders from someone who never dreamt of becoming the president . Should an election be conducted between the president and the governor of Michigan ,the Michigan governor would win one million times .I guess you know why ?.

The movie is just right on point , if terrorist could take out white house ,using bomb engineered in the corridor of Washington then soft attack like what we have seen in the movie is very plausible .

As far as I am concerned the movie is following the trend it started with .

I just don't know why we can not have a seperate thread for the originals . This TVD people are so boring , they are always here to talk about love ,you rarely see them talk about action .

I started with the originals without watching more than two episode in TVD and I am happy I took that great decision .
