Rastamann: African opposition for Super falcons is like a training match,no african team can boast the calibre of players Nigeria produce and get polished by playing in foreign clubs, for any player to break into France league, the player should be exceptionally good.Hence,Nigeria rule africa in female football and follow others in international football, see the Japanese, the Koreans, the Chinese,Germans,USA,France,Brazil etc then you will know that nigeria female footballers are still learners,in most cases they fumble with the rudiments of football, trapping, control, passes and accurate shooting. These are the first things taught in France U6 football,i know first hand because my children passed through the stages. 5 Likes |

Looollll.... Hattrick against Ghana? It will be tough but it's possible shaa... But against Kenya... Abeg make it 5 or 6 goals (double hattrick)..... Perpetua Nkwocha's records are still there for "the breaking".. - 31 goals overall in AWCON history - 4 goals in a single game (JUST EQUALLED BY OSHOALA) - 11 goals in a single AWCON tournament (UNDER THREAT FROM OSHOALA) - 4 goals in the tournament's decider (the final). Perpetua Nkwocha was an attacking midfielder cum forward..... Her goals record is super amazing!!!! BUT SUPER ZEE CAN DO IT!!! LET HER JUST REMAIN FOCUSED AND KEEP GOING!!! CFCman: 3 Likes |

A lot of people are rightly criticising the performance of our WNT in international competitions, but are yet to ask why they perform poorly internationally. In Africa the commitment to Women football is poor all over, Ghana and SA are the only FA's that treat their women right. Internationally we play countries that have solid leagues and even intercontinental competitions, who make adequate and thorough preparations before these competitions, this is exactly what shows us up. The world cup last year was terrible, the coach wanted camping to start 5 months before the mundial like some other teams did, he kept crying and crying but only received funds to start training just a month to the competition. This year has seen the trend continue with the Women U-17 and U-20, piss poor preparation. The U-20 coach who got to the final of the last competition asked that nothing be expected from him and even questioned their presence in the competion. Still they got six points and were lucky not to qualify to the next round. Obviously talented. Till something changes they will keep underperforming internationally which is sad, cos they have proved that they deserve the investment. 6 Likes |
