I'm not overweight

Last year a nurse told me I was dehydrated and had low BP when I went for medical check up. She advised me to always drink water as much as possible so as to stay hydrated.But the problem I later noticed is that the more I drink the more I urinate which really disturbs me for I have to keep vising toilet as many times as possible.


Now I'm experiencing acute pains in my legs muscles and my arm . I walk with pais within my nerves,it aches me a lot most especially if I had to stand up after sitting for a long time.


I used to use Diclofenac,Or aspirin related drugs ,Orphensic etc then it used to relieve me but now is no longer working.


Please doctors and nurses ,trado medics in the house what can I do ? Pls help me.

3. GO HERBAL. GET UNRIPPED PLANTAIN AND DICE IT INTO AN EVA BOTTLE PUT WATER AND ALLOW IT TO FERMEMNT LIKE 4 DAYS ,THEN DRINK 1 CUP MORNING AFTERNOON AND LAST THING AT NIGHT


4. U CAN BUY GABBAGE AND SLICE IT INTO SMALL PIECES THE AND EAT IT RAW AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE


4. DONT FORCE STOOL OUT AS THIS CAN DAMAGE YOUR *HEYNUS* INSTEAD DRINK WATER B4 EATING AND EAT SOFT FOODS
