Bro!!! no worries.... @famopompy's just took the advise right from my thought... Contact both banks with your account details and also the full details of your complaint so that they can query your card and advise you accordingly.... at least i have an experience or 2 with UBA and they were responsive enof to treat my complaint satisfactorily..... cheers bro....

Oga!! But the CBN circular states that the only transactions exempted from the stamp duty charge are;
Payment deposits or transfers from self to self whether inter or intra bank
Any form of transfers from third party will be charged, irrespective of the account….. stop building a mountain out of mole hill jare… I think we should rather callout CBN to stop all these charges jare….

O boy u de slack o! send them a mail jare cfc@ubagroup.com make them resolve your issue... trust me i am still using that bank because their customer service is very effective....
