From the writeup, it says LGBT-something voted enmass for Obama and were his highest donors(as ridiculous as that may sound to the ear). How does Jonathan's signing of that bill directly or indirectly affects Obama's reelection or office stay or something like that?

Will accepting the bill here make Obama send in millions of Americans to come and vote in Nigeria?

will accepting the bill in Nigeria make Jonathan send out millions of Nigerians to America to vote for Obama?
