There was once upon a generation in which girls had pride, they held their heads high, not shy to say No some were even warriors, it takes only a courageous man to approach them, and anyone who intends to marry them has to pass through a daunting task.

Now...

We're now in a generation that made girls to look down on their image. The media , advertising agencies, even the larger society had made girls to dislike their features and self worth...we're at a period of fakery. Fake boobs, fake virgina, fake virginity, fake butt, fake eye, lips, hips, nails, hair, skin colour, enhancer, enhanced, enhancing, enhancement...what fake is left out?

"They" turned them into intimacy gadgets not even Sex slaves. For toys can be discarded at will, any day, anytime.

Shout out to those girls out there who still have a sense of pride in them, who refused to be cheapen. I know they exist.

I will be blunt and it will pain you but I care not and will be honest.
Proposing to a 19yrd old about to gain admission is most unwise decision esp if there is no child or may be marriage. It is worse when you may foot her bills in school. Learn from history bro and don't repeat mistakes others have made.

Girls, I am sorry to say, can be stupid. They can forget all your care and investments in a jiffy.
My guy picked a stranded girl and trained her in UNEC law faculty Enugu. He paid law school fees of 300k even. Parents and siblings accepted her. The girl knew what she wanted. It ended badly.

I have seen many sad tales. You are taking a huge risk.

It appears you are a good guy thinking about love.
Man nothing like love. Life is business not love. Yes, and I can establish that as a fact.

Be wise today bro. Build wealth now you think you ate blessed and marry later.

My friend have a way he says this..." money can only attracts them, but cannot keep them. What you see as wretched, could actually be their object of love and worship." women are so peculiar.

Can you help me define Special?

For clarity sake, let's stay on a page.

You talked about Syria and blacks vs whites, and stuffs like that, I agreed with you. But note that, that's between man and man.

You talked about animals abilities, I also agreed with you. But again, note that, that's between man vs other animals.

You talked about (non) intelligent aliens, let me also agree. Note: man vs other non specific beings.

Cosmos? Yeah. Agreed. Note: man vs outer space and galaxy.

It's a vast stuff. And I followed you to type such a long stuff, when I didn't even realise you're holding on to a hydra-argument. If anyone cuts one, you'll present another.

I forgot something, you talked about a frog being more fulfil than man. Are you speaking for yourself or on behalf of the over 7billion people that cuts across many races speaking understandably different modes of communication in continents that circled the globe?
And how..please, how do you define fulfilment to a frog?

Religion / Re: What Is So Special About Human Life? by Elkay3: 10:00am On May 15, 2017
HardMirror:

Look at syria, that's one place to start for you too.
I don't see frogs, fish, birds, monkeys, tigers doing so much damage to life. Look at the amazon and behold the wonder of man. How many acres of virgin forest do we log everyday? Go figure.

You think we are special because we have technology? I can imagine if something makes the sun's gravitational pull all of a sudden stronger and the earth is pulled towards the sun at a faster rate, how special would we be?

How special are we when floods, volcanic eruptions and earth quakes devastate us? Oh, we are weaklings. We are just like everyother living thing. We die and we die very easily. Does not seem so special to me.

The fish has an eye that rotates at 360¤. Sharks detects blood and heart movement at distance away. The chameleon has a skin that can adapt to its environment. Speed of a cheetah, wow. Or strength of a lion. Absolute. Meerkat has a natural built-in sunshade to its head structure. Jellyfish is immortal, literary. Have you seen a gliding snake? Oh so beautiful, even when I can't get to like snakes. Camels and Dung beetles are good at astrology, following moons , stars to guide them. I can go on and on and on... all so beautiful and special. I like watching those lovely channels on television of either LCD or OLED, using electricity generated by huge machines mostly placed by dams transmitted via a specially designed equipment called satellite orbiting in the nearest galaxy (perhaps even bumping into some unknown or unidentified species). Or. On a computer or laptop, programmed by man to run on sequences of 0s and 1s, or on modern studied algorithms, all by man and his inspiration. We, as man, using equipment and a sense of timing and intellect, can sit down and observe them, their habits, habitats and behaviours. Even domesticated some to do our bidding. Intellects does that.

And then, there's Syria. Hiroshima. Holocaust. Gaza. 9/11. Rape. Murder. Stealing. Cheating. Robbing. Deforestation. Glaziers melting. Drought. Gay and lesbianism which even other animals don't do that. This list would even require much space to complete. I'm not denying that.

But yet, man has a much higher sense of what's wrong and what's right. Man is born with a natural instincts to distinguish right from wrong, even when man continuously does the wrong. Other species acts on impulse, not on reason. Not on intellects. Not on inspiration. Not on motivation. None of those.

Mr, in my opinion, all this advice of prayer, evil spirits are plain balderdash! No amount of prayer you'll make that will change you for as long as you're not willing.

Find your trigger point, then unwind it. Something definitely, no matter how little or insignificant, would be there to move you. That's what you should work on. Reverse it or avoid or kill it.

You can also read "effect of masturbation on the body" or "phonography and the human brain".

You are trying to make it seem like their suffering is bigger than the suffering of those who stayed?! Come on! I see these deluded people all around the world, when they arrive in their Eldorado,, the majority CANT cope and finally realise there is NO free money on the ground to pick....but their misplaced ego won't have them return back home. So many of these foolish people's dead body lay at the bottom of the Mediterranean sea.

Out of all you've posted here, this is the one I stand with. It's the one that shows where you stand.

Sometimes the other side is greener because it's artificial grass. I've told people that the worst mistake one could make is to go out of his country without any special skills or talents, except to start a crime syndicate. Money do not grow on trees or falls like rain over their. There's no country that do not have its share of poverty. The white man for example, values his dollar more than we value our naira. A man can give you N20,000 for helping to do a little stuff but I white man would never give you $20,000. Not even Bill Gates.

But, TB Joshua tried. It's philanthropy at play. Even though there are people going through harder struggle than those other ones.

Well, I may not "clearly know how democrat and politics works" as you do...I accept that. But I do know, that countries that practice Unicameralism are more than those that practice Bicameralism in numbers. And they're doing fine and mostly better, politically, economically, than us. Did their democracy becomes less of a balanced or without checks?

What exact role do the 2 house play? House of Senate is filled with old men who have held one public or the other, people who are still collecting pension from their former positions. Look at their list and confirm what I'm saying.

Then what about the house of representatives? Mostly younger than those in the upper house. But when do their voice carries a legal backing? Why can't they pass bill themselves, but only provide assisting capacity? Before you do think they make law also, please enlighten me on one law they'd made so far...

You think their won't be checks n balance merge them into one house or scrap the Senate?
