you need to understand that the owner is not taking the dogs back, it’s not every adoption that comes for free. This is just an opportunity for someone who wants the dog to get them for a cheaper amount compare to the regular prices. I don’t know how you see this but I’ve seen this way of adoption around very well, people can’t relocate their dogs with them and can’t keep waiting for long till buyers come so they opt for a simpler means by getting rid of them cheaper, would you have stopped if you see a pure breed adult dog for 75k. You too reason ham now, it’s a win win for the buyer and the owners.
