You are welcome asking, It was great and basically for PhD students, we did interview and its specifically on your field and as it is related to the oil and gas industry. I refer you to 2016/2017 and also 2015/2016 trend here on nairaland. You can find some interesting clue and how the award winning scholars answered their questions. The panelist were like 8 members and randomly selected from academia, industry and PTDF ex-scholars. These are some interesting information which proponents of whatsapp group wanna deny others. Digitalization doesnt mean whatsappilization and creation of personalization that only allows some meopically inclined individuals towards ventilating their lack of information and ignorant. adding or creating whatsapp group for ptdf scholarship is very bad and its selfish and totally unacceptable. People dropping their numbers also doesnt know what is security at all. If the set that was before you, did whatsapp, how then will you know of the trend and how best to get scholarship. I honestly doubt the mode of some people and their intellectual cum academic requirement for this scholarship. I waited a long time to see some useless people that never reason with their head yet they want scholarship. Information here is very vital and as a former recipient of the scholarship, I have always ask people to follow the trend of previous years in other to get the required information. Dear FlexiSAF, Thank you for at least saying something now and obviously you reacted because of the threat! so if not because of the threat, you wouldnt have answered. It is very pathetic and so obvious how ''YOU'' are playing with the emotions of potential scholars just because you are in the position of authority, momentarily. Before I ventilate my opinion, let me congratulate you on opening a Nairaland account to listen to the actual owners of the money (the public). You have refused to reply emails sent to you and you have refused to answer questions posed herein for you. I have monitored with kin interest your activities herein and how you selectively answered questions that will slaughter your continued stay in the business of PTDF. You and PTDF are trustee of public fund and you MUST communicate the public often and update them with the latest news with respect to their fund, yet you failed. Your silence has subjected some noble scholars here into emotional trauma and academic inept vis a vis your spontaneous incommunicado. I have spent pretty time in UK, USA, CANADA and many advanced country and we all (including you) know how effective they are in communication and otherwise for public peace. In Nigeria, the custody of public is in your trust (PTDF inclusive) and you kept the owners of the fund in secret and subjected them into series of assumptions both positive and negative because you (PTDF inclusive) have refused to talk to the owners of the fund, (the public). Some people here said that they sent you email but you refused to acknowledge nor reply them as if they are all fools. I am fully aware that you are part and parcel of PTDF and contrary you MIGHT not have say in the activities of PTDF but you can on advisory ground inform them of the anger, rage and frustration they subjected the owners of the fund into. Honestly I wont tell you and PTDF the next line of action of a hungry and angry MAN until you let it loose. Having said the opinion of some noble scholars and the some public herein, let me in a more subtle way advice you to always apply customer care methodology by attempting questions posed here for you and by so doing will bring forth a lasting peace and tranquillity needed to pilot the affairs of the noble scholars. This scholarship is not meant for everyone except if you are telling me that we have murdered merit on the alter of favouritism. I am sorry if you misunderstand me, I am very very sorry again if you couldnt get the point I made in my last post. For some of you that understand the post I say thank you for your kind in-depth thought that brought out your intellectual firmness and open minded reasoning. For those that didnt understand my post I said I am still very very sorry for saying the simplest truth. You might not really like me as a lady, you might not really like the simple truth because it doesnt favour you, you might not really like someone that stands by the truth, that tells the truth, that wants to be honest, that doesnt like cheating and that doesnt wanna agree with your skewed myopic tendencies because of your ability to gain undue advantage over others. I want to categorically state that the TRUTH IS ALWAYS BITTER, but you must accept it because thats just the truth and I cant give less than that. I have waited patiently and observed some failures or better still inability of some of us to reason through their head or better still deliberately wanna have advantage over others. Honestly speaking, any information feed here is no longer a fair interview because you have added advantage to the people that will be interviewed and they will definitely be better in answering and presenting their proposal than you. I noticed what happened here during MSc CBT exam, some people came here and gregariously wrote what they were asked and that put them at disadvantage. Someone who was privileged to have seen the list of shortlisted masters scholars told me that people that wrote late performed extremely well unlike the early bird, and I know what happened because I was here and I saw how they posted their new words and others capitalised on that and became better than them. My point is that asking for a clue in a game of competition and mostly from your competitor is nonsense, its inhuman, stupidity and arrant nonsense. Some of us here are using our mouth in reasoning instead of our head. Anyways for me, I did mine and it was very fantastic and if you want to know how it went and the questions they asked me, please feel free and write me back from Saturday 29th July, 2017 after the whole exercise then I will be free to share with you but before the exercise then you are a cheat, dishonest human, dubious individual who wanna take advantage of some myopic and intellectually deluded entity in human skin, thinking purely with their psychotic invariance, some mis-match in their faculty of thought with some element of madness vis-a-vis innuendoted personality of highest degraded animal. Having said that, go for your own interview like I did, come back here and lets share our own experience for the people that will come here next year. Today I have to wish each and everyone of us the very big success, some of us that will be embarking on the life changing interview tomorrow I say a big congrats and some that will come after us I also said a big congrats. Do the best you could, the number this year is larger than that of last year yet the hope is very much high and some successful people are already reciting how they will fly outside the country. I pray that this life changing approach and future building block for the escalation of our individual success in life shall always be our part and in the end to God I will give glory. This simply means that you dont have MSc Thesis otherwise it would have been in soft copy and handy as well. I have all my papers both at hand and soft copy and as such need not complain. I sympathise with you but you really need to book your flight and come down for the interview, let me quickly remind you of what you might need to know, PTDF is very careful of her trainings and some people are already on scholarships outside the country and they dont wanna come back to Nigeria again all they want is to get trained while they are still outside the country at the detriment of public fund. Some also haven't completed their masters degree and they wanna get PhD in advance. Again, our dishonest, as people might not encourage them to do virtual interview, you might be real and honest but some nasty people will still use the same pattern to commit fraud. we must really clean up ourselves. Finally PTDF needs visual citation of the all acclaimed certificates on the Day of interview which might not be possible for a virtual/conferencing interview. My humble advice is that you should start making arrangements to come back for the Interview, I wish you all the very best. Note You can still push on if you are honest, probably you might have a GO!
