Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by elmessi(m): 4:01pm On Feb 12 |
It's not really graded as a whole. If you've done the SHL Interactive Practice Test you'd find out that each part of that same question has it's separate mark. So if in a single question you were able to answer two parts out of four, you'll be graded as such. Hakeymco: This is my issue with it as well, on a question you solve for at least four answers. I saw a pie chart that 3 parts made up 100%. No information given a part. And it can’t be blank as minimum is 5%. The questions are much than the time. It’s more crazy that each question is marked as a whole |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by elmessi(m): 9:58pm On Feb 09 |
For non-interactive it's the conventional multiple choice questions (with options A, B, C, D, etc). But with the interactive there are no options. You're the one to construct the answers yourself. For instance if it is a graphical solution, you'll have to move the graph slider to the correct points corresponding to your answer. LadyLaura019: Please what's the difference, between the interactive and non interactive? |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by elmessi(m): 7:54pm On Feb 09 |
No, I haven't. Conversations20: Hi. Have you confirmed if the inductive is interactive too please? |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by elmessi(m): 4:12pm On Feb 09 |
But I think the Inductive Reasoning is Interactive too. Edith1900: I just checked (by clicking on the start now button in the email sent by Shl, you'll be mandated to install the lock down browser, answer a few pop questions and then you'll see your task.) and there are 3 tasks. 1. Job focused assessment - 20 mins 2. Numerical Reasoning - 18 mins 3. Inductive Reasoning - 23 mins Total time - 61 minutes
The Shl Numerical Reasoning being 18 minutes means it's the interactive version and the Inductive reasoning being 23 minutes means it's the standard multiple choice version.
I don't know what the job focused assessment is about.
May God crown all our efforts with success. |

Your No. 2 above is wrong information. The pre test is for all those who were shortlisted, regardless of whether they got the first link or not. In fact when they input their NIN, they'll get to view and copy their own link omoadeleye: Step-by-step — super simple
1. What this is: It’s a notice that the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) moved (re-scheduled) a practice test called a Pre-Test.
2. Who it’s for: Only people in the Superintendent Cadre who were shortlisted and already got an earlier email. If you didn’t get that email, this probably isn’t for you.
3. Why they re-scheduled: There were earlier problems, so they set new times/dates so everyone can do the practice test properly.
4. Batches: Shortlisted Superintendent applicants are split into four groups (Batch A, B, C, D). You will be put into one of those groups.
5. Inspectorate & Assistant Cadres: If you applied for Inspectorate or Assistant Cadre — do nothing now. They will contact you later. Do not try to log in at this stage.
6. How to check your schedule: Go to the Customs updates page and use your NIN (National Identification Number) to see your Batch, Date and Time. (Poster shows: updates.customs.gov.ng)
7. Follow your assigned time exactly: You must attend at the Batch and Time they give you. If you don’t follow it, you can be disqualified (removed from the process).
8. This test won’t decide your job: The Pre-Test does not affect whether you get the job. It’s just to help you learn the system and help them plan the real exercise.
9. Link is the same as before: If you already got a link earlier, the Pre-Test link hasn’t changed — it’s the same one they sent before.
---
Quick checklist if you’re a candidate:
Did you get the earlier Customs email? Yes → You may be shortlisted.
Are you Superintendent Cadre? Yes → Use your NIN on updates.customs.gov.ng to check your Batch/Date/Time.
Are you Inspectorate/Assistant? Do not log in yet.
Show up only at your assigned batch/time — or you risk disqualification. |

libertymax: So guys, we went for the screening on Monday. First, we were checked and assigned chest codes, then we proceeded to submit our phones. After that, we went through medicals and documentation (biometric verification, document verification, etc.). Gentlemen, only those listed on your attestation can sign for you to avoid stories that touch. We rounded up medicals and documentation by Wednesday. Only those with attestation issues were left to complete theirs before facing board then Thursday was the day for 3.2 km race and medicals disqualification this was where I was dropped. I have nearsightedness, but many were dropped for drugs like THC and other substances, so be wise.
Well, this sums up my experience, but be sure to grind your ass every day until past 12 before you find any peace, and you’ll already be up by 4:30 am. Sorry to hear that bro. I was part of Batch A. I was lucky to have faced the selection board. It's up to God now to do His thing 🙏🏽 |

A very valid suggestion by his family. As an African, he doesn't have the luxury to think only about football legacy or some sh*t like that. He also has to consider life after football and the financial security that the Saudi move could provide for him and his. After all, every other week we are greeted with news of one ex- African footballer who is looking for financial aid. No be "legacy" go feed your family after retirement. |
