JMarines: Finally, congratulations dear.
I have gone through your posts but need a few clarifications: 1) is this your first time going to the US for childbirth? If no, how much was your last bill and what hospital did you use? 2) what’s your current medical budget for this delivery ( is it $11,000 or $15,000)?
My husband and I have decided that I use other hospitals outside Texas in order to get a non discounted bill. I contacted Memorial Herman in Texas previously . My entire medical bill would be about $12,000. ( Hospital bill about $7,000 discounted). Would you advice I use them or rather present two correspondences( one with $12,000 and another with $15,000?) and then explain my reasons for presenting both?
Dear Nairalanders, please I need your advice. 1) This is my first time 2) $11,000 for medical expenses. |

Am far gone but considering reapplying, does the USA embassy grant request of expedited interview date and how soon.
Thanks. Hello, i went for interview on 30th January & was on administrative processing since until on 27th February, when I checked on the site & saw issued & passport ll be sent back to me within 10 working days. However, on 2nd March, i got a text & mail that my passport is ready for pick at DHL office in my location. In all, I waited for about 30days. |

JMarines: I had my interview on the 11th of February and haven’t been contacted till today. However, you can check your status online through their website by inputting your interview location, DS-160 number!(which was what I did) Also, it is stated on the white sheet, the approximate number of days(about 60 days or so)you should wait for before reaching out to them. That’s if you don’t get to hear from them.
Thank you so much. Its taking so long as i did mine on 31st January & i’m due date is almost getting close. I’d just be patient & wait. |
