No I am not taking it personnel, you have been saying I copied play store without pointing out what I copied. In the first screenshot, that's called a navigation drawer, its a common ui patten in android. almost all modern apps have it, and almost all apps that use material design have a similar design. In the second, they made use of tabs, cards and a toolbar that is twice the regular size, I didn't use any of that, even if I did, its a common ui pattern. We used the same material key line. Just like I said, if you see anything I copied from play store, please do speak. thanks

These are all UI for an android app and it doesn't have the look and feel of Google Playstore.

please google material design. every thing i used there were from the docs. Nothing copied from playstore. if you see anything there that is not a common ui stuff in material design, speak.

When copying next time, try to be creative in your copying. When I saw the first few pictures, I actually thought it was a screen shot of GOOGLE PLAYSTORE. It was on a second look that I discovered that it was the UI of your app.

I don't get u. the only mistake I see in my post is the "first", changing that to second solves it. I used same text from my first app, forgot to change that

I tried my best to make the app run on 2.3 but there are some libs that i used that are not available in that version. Will try if i can make it run on that version.

Did you check the keyword naija before using it. Note that some keyword can bring organic traffic to your app.

last two years I didn't have a laptop. I was programming with my java phone (Nokia 2690). I used an app called j2me SDK mobile (www.mumey.wen.ru) . I learnt java and php. I built some j2me apps using that phone and some mobile websites (they were not that cool tho). like Xmx me, etc. I will tell u to try as much as possible to get a laptop used or new (specs like 4gb ram, Intel pentuim, 220 HDD). but if you can't currently, you can still learn it with your phone. just note that there are some things in java u won't be able to do, you will mostly base on j2me which as they said is dead. also the product won't be that great or cool. thanks. for that j2me SDK mobile check my blog for a detail tut on how to start using it. http://elvischidera..com.
