Im sorry to say but you have been friendzoned. She doesnt find you intimidating or a threat coz its like you are one of the girls so you need to change your strategy.

On the outing just have fun ...dont tell her you love her ect. Make sure to end of the evening by asking if its okay to hug her good night. A hug is harmless girls will ussually agree. While hugging her hold her firmly as if its the last hug to your death lol...dont squeeze her to death. Make sure she is relaxed and prolong the hug so she is left to notice how good it feels to be in a mans arms (assuming since she is a witness she doesnt do this sorta thing). Do not get an erection lol...the key is to plant a seed.
