That is actually what I used because it came highly recommended on the food thread.

And by the way, do you think most of these top class canteens use firewood for their Jollof rice? There's a woman at Ikeja...Oh damn, her Jollof rice is 'heavenly'..Imagine driving from the island to Ikeja cos of her rice... Lol... Funny thing is she uses a Gas cooker.

You need to try it out dear... The President butter brand is the best I can recommend...I think it's sold for 1500.

The secrets to that party flavour jollof rice are
1.The type of pot you use,
2.The right ingredients(Tatashe,White pepper and cooking butter so important),
3.Steaming(Jollof cooks with heat)
