I will advice u try this as it once worked 4 me. If ur username & password is saved on ur system or phone, count the number of digits of ur password & u find it more then delete the last digit & try. Just my opinion cos it once happened with me

If you check the last part of the error mail you will see that the application did not go through.
I applied on the 6th and got the error mail but I reapplied yesterday and it was successful with no error mail. So I will advise you reapply

The questions are so easy. As easy as ABC but no time to answer them, this is so lugubrious and appalling.

Those assessment questions are very simple. U Don't need any material for any reason.
