How will it be a walk over for tinubu if the contestant from PDP comes from the same southern zone as him? It'd rather be a dangerous move for tinubu which would give ADC candidate the upper hand, that's if ADC picks a northerner like Atiku. Makinde would split or reduce Tinubu's votes in the south. This is an area where Tinubu's largest support base should be. And this coupled with the fact that Atiku would most likely sweep through major states in the north. So any southerner contesting against tinubu is actually doing him a disservice. The only permutation that might work for tinubu if makinde emerges is only if ADC picks a southern candidate. In this case, Tinubu would most likely win northern states.
