Hello. I don’t think you damaged anything. Trust me. For your engine to be damaged due to insufficient engine oil, your low pressure oil warning light has to illuminate. If the light is indeed working and it didn’t illuminate, then you are lucky. The oil is short of the optimum level but isn’t dangerously low yet until the oil light comes on. I drive a Honda Accord and the dip stick may not have any oil at the tip but be rest assured that you have about 2 and a half to three liters of oil left in that engine. As the post above advised, get a mechanic to check to discover the source of the oil leak. Once that is determined, fix the oil leak and refill oil to the optimum level and you are good to go. Hope this helps. But whatever you do, do not drive it to the mechanic’s. Rather get the mechanic to come over to your place. Cheers.
