This experience brings to question the authenticity of all the stories of dead robbers we see on front page on Nairaland everyday. They could be innocent men for all we know. Scary. God help us in our country Nigeria. |

Everyday I open up Nairaland and I see the tribal animosity that exists in our country, I can't help but weep for our country. We are sitting on a keg of gunpowder and it could blow up at anytime. I really think we have to come together for the sake of our dear country and work things out. There is only a limit to which our struggles to make this country progress if on the inside we all still bear these misgivings towards each other. |

Still don't understand why people post lies to create traffic on their blogs or pages. I saw this same pic two or three weeks ago. And besides why take such serious events unseriously and lie about them? Beats me. |

Now I feel you were guilty of breach of contract. I wouldn't want to take sides or anything, but let me speak in defense of Mutual Funds. I was approached by a salesman in 2015 who convinced me to open a policy with them. Now the salesman was magnanimous enough to spell out the policy and explain all details. You do not get your full amount in the event you liquidate prior to the exhaustion of the facility. Now, I was told all this. I decided to make 20k payments every month. I even defaulted in some months and had to make up in subsequent months. I was also duly issued receipts for all my payments. When I eventually wanted to liquidate the facility after a year, I tendered my application and was duly paid as promised three weeks later. There was even a slight delay of a few days and I was sent a text message apologizing for the delay. I would say in my words that Mutual funds is very ok. Find below the text that was sent to me.

A lot of things could be attributable to the tears. First question you ask is what makes a "human being" cry? When the eye gets irritated, you begin to shed tears. I am very sure that that blue rope or someth else irritated the cow's eyes. |

Okoro feeling funky that isn't fair. Give the guy a break. Why bringing tribal sentiments into it? If you have a problem with his outfit, let it stop at taking jabs at his apparent lack of fashion sense not bringing his tribe into it. By the way his get-up isn't bad if you ask me. |

Hello. Funny u asked. I went buying some panels for the EOD i drive and happened to inquire about the price. I was told tokunbo front bumper for the EOD is 24k while the brand new one goes for about 11k. The advantage of the tokunbo over the brand new one is that it doesnt tear or rip as easily in slight impacts. It has a higher elastic limit. In slight impacts, the tokunbo bumper could deform and snap back into shape. But for the brand new ones, even a slight impact would tear the bumper and u would have to start stitching the bumper.
Hope this helps. |

Crime › Re: How The 4 Nigerians Condemned In Indonesia Will Be Killed by emekan: 10:54am On Apr 28, 2015 |
What exactly is sin or wrongdoing? what qualifies a sin to warrant harsher punitive measures than another? Every body commenting on this thread today has committed one wrong doing or another. The difference lies in the fact that you committed it in another country( other than Indonesia) and probably wasn't caught. Also some were lucky to never commit these wrongdoings again. Now tell me, what moral justification does any of us have in castigating these 8 individuals. Some people have pilfered money, committed fornication, committed abortions etc. Now how heinous are the crimes committed to warrant such inhumane punishment. Will this killings deter or reduce the number of people trafficking in drugs worldwide? How perfect is their criminal and justice system that the guilt of the 8 condemned persons is beyond doubt. For all we know some of them may be innocent. Just a question of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Once again may God take control. |

The most worrisome part is that some of them are innocent. God take control. |
