Today the beginning of the mini-seminar/tour was quite fun as took people round the farm while fielding questions from them. We got people who came frm as far as ikorodu, ajah and even sagamu. To see what we had accomplished and We apologise sincerely to those who missed their way to the venue due to bad network to communicate with us. We hope to hae u here either tomorrow or saturday.

getting virgin or semi virgin lands drives ur cost of cultivation higher. So we go for the already prepared and used land. For fertility most of the land in my area are very fertile.

My are area meaning as i am based along idi iroko border axis so the land is located along dat axis btw oke-odan to aiyetoro

the land is gotten for lease directly from the land ownes or their custodians

Planting starts nxt year march but land prep starts immediately after finalising land purchase using d dry season spell as aid during land preparation

I have 2acres of land in delta asaba,and another 2acres of land also in another part of delta asaba,
