Immatex: Think of more excuses to give.
If INEC was a transparent organisation and wanted to grant him access to the documents, they would have not by asking for outrageous amount of money. Or at least give the requester a second option.
But that’s you peoples problem, Nigerians deserve Nigeria! So long he didn't state it that he wants soft copy, the response he got was very very ok. He wants it for his personal use but won't pay charges involved abi? Yes, Nigerians deserve Nigeria if we keep expecting everything to land on our laps without paying a dime, forgetting that nothing is free even in Freetown |

Politics › Re: LASG Denies Role In FESTAC Demolitions Following Accusations By Emenike by Emeskhalifa(m): 10:14am On Oct 16, 2025 |
zoedew: Emenike will do well to stop threatening an elected public officer in the person of the LASG Governor. You can lay a complaint without threats. You could get arrested for threatening people. Chinua Achebe a prominent Igbo and a global literary icon had this to say about The Igbo, his kith and kin -"There is no doubt at all that there is a strand in contemporary Igbo behaviour that can offend; by its noisy exhibitionism and disregard for humility and quietness." The Igbo will do well to not ignite ethnic tensions that generate ill wind that blows no one no good like it happened back then in Zaria and the North generally in the late ‘60s resulting in the Civil War that broke the Igbo. It would appear that the Igbo learnt nothing from the Civil War no thanks to Obasanjo who cancelled the study of History in Nigerian schools and robbed the younger generation of the opportunity to study the civil war. It is not unknown that the Igbo contravene building codes with impunity and are adept at buying up building approvals as they believe money can do all things such as building on waterways- go to Festac town and see what they have turned the place into! So long as they continue in their antisocial and unlawful ways will the LASG demolish their property! Chest beating, playing the victim card and displaying victim mentality has not and will not help the Igbo! Be wise! So you are telling us, all the structures demolished no get papers abi or were not approved by same people that ordered the demolition abi? |

Must it be printed in 2025?
How about giving him access to the database of the electronic register which should be a public document in a portal.
Otherwise, they should have said no, not this display ignorance! Did he state anywhere that he wants the soft copy? Who looks like the one displaying ignorance now? |

Kaczynski: you mean the logical conclusion of late-stage capitalism applied to human connection? turns out relationship is commodity.
it's just another transaction: time, attention, and simulated affection exchanged for monetary compensation.
at least the terms are transparent unlike traditional dating where the exchange rates are hidden and constantly fluctuating.
classical supply and demand.
those who have capital can purchase to those that dont You've said it just how it is. The traditional dating was never free You refill her gas, pay rent and other stuff. Infact, the man ends up paying more compared to what he'd pay on the dating apps. Not like the lady in the traditional dating will even be loyal so why won't a lot of men settle for the dating app? |

If you are in Rome, behave like a Roman. They were kind enough to give you citizenship after your own nation was plunged into needless war by same people you support, if the law of the host country says they do not support those you support back home, why not respect that, as long as you intend to remain in their country. You want to show solidarity, how about you go to countries that support them?
Respect your host, if you feel you can't, then leave, it's that simple. |

My 2 cent advice to Palestinians in Palestine, pls drop the ancient ambition of total annihilation of Israel your top most priority, (Adolf Hitler did it and failed), work on yourself, build, your nation, focus on building your nation, be diplomatic in every of your action and inaction. If Egypt can be at peace with Israel, you also can.
And to Israel, there is a thin line between revenge and bullying, don't be a bully, pls be at peace with your neighbour, respect their choices and respect the rule of law. |

Bendeco02: Some ignorant people will be arguing that Hausa fulani are one tribe.
Fulani is the problem of the North.
If the whole north can be united and stop seeing religion differences among themselves they can stop this people once and for all.
Hausa too dey dull
How did you allow stranger enter your land and dominate you politically even when they are minority. Fulani representing hausa in state and federal level in hausa land. Kanuri people are wiser, they didn't allow fulani to conquer them.
Of all the Northern rule/regime, many southerners are not aware that Hausa are yet to rule Nigeria even as a major tribe in core north and Nigeria because fulani are the ones representing them politically. Their biggest mistake was welcoming Fulanis into their lands. And then accepting that absurd Hausa/Fulani tag when they are not one, they don't speak same language and do not have same culture and tradition. The Hausas messed up big time. They have the number and population but too docile to act |
