He brings a lot of development in Imo State especially Owerri capital and its sub-Urbans.
He is guilty because he repositioned a market which its position, without separation to to the surrounding roads and residential houses, causes road gridlock and attract criminality which mostly results to death. Recently a female final year student of Imo State University was shut dead on the day of her birthday at Douglas road where the said market was situated but Gov Rochas moved the market to a better and accessible location where travelers going to Aba/Onitsha and beyond can stop brief to purchase any goods.
Secondly, Gov Rochas is guilty because he has a choice to support someone whom he is well pleased.
