Using the Rap as a means here is not Recommended because the American rappers you listed are mumble rappers even the Americans themselves don't understand what they are saying. Using your Rap criteria, try listening to Rap songs by Joyner, Logic, kendrick Lamar and j Cole then come back and update this thread.
P.S Plus if you listen to British raps more, you tend to understand them more.

Anytime i listens to american rap like that of travis scott, lil baby, i heardly catch the lyrics, unless i browse them.

But when i listen to britisg raps like that of Dave, Stormzy, Stefflondon, Harry styles, i quickly catch thier lyrics unkike the americans.

When an american feature a british rapper, i can tell the british verse from the american without knowing the artistes.
