This 3.5mm jack is actually the issue, its the one with 3 lines that works with the phone while the 3.5mm jack that is connected to the sound system is 2 lines.

Also change your settings on LG to "AUX"

Go to settings -> apps and notification -> click on playstore -> click on "storage and cache" -> next step is to clear "cache" only..


Go back and open playstore, you are good to go
