Hi everyone.

I updated my Umidigi A9 Pro to Android 11 few weeks ago.

There's another update now, but it's refusing to install.

It will just show "Error!" once it shuts down to the installation interface, then start up without install the update.

Any tips or help will be appreciated.

i use A7pro too. it didn't disappear. it was moved into Android folder. when you open your file manager, go to Android and then select media, you'd see com.WhatsApp

Same on a9 pro also

My umidigi s5 pro stopped connecting to my dongle i.e type c to 3.5mm earpiece port.. like that wasn't enough, it has stopped fast charging (10% in one hour). And my battery drains a bit quicker too.

That said, I met a technician today and he said I should get a charging flex.... Please guys what are your suggestions?
