I'm having issues with my A7s, Umigidi, whenever I'm about making or receiving a call the screen goes blank until the person at the other end cut the call I won't be able to do anything another issue is that it doesn't charge faster again since on Wednesday and it drains faster

About the screen going blank

Remove the screen protector and use a clean cloth to clean the screen....this happens mostly when you are using screen protector with black edges..


About the charger, use another charger around to test it....

Let me know the result

If you have lg 32 inches....screen broken, dead or not working...let me know....I need one asap

Guys, Umidigi has refused to give me an Os update to Android 11 since I bought it. I have been on this thread for long and i have been seeing several people getting Android 11 update on their A9 pro, but this people have refused to give me on my own A9 pro.

What has my phone done to them now? Why are they not giving my phone an Os upgrade while they are giving others that are using my kind of phone update?
