You don't really understand what I'm saying. Isn't a matter of misunderstanding. I purchased airtel pins worth of #2,900 from him and everything was used before selling it.
I private chat him on WhatsApp and he refused to reply me.
I also sent a message to him email, no response. I called his number, he refused to pick it up.
Until when I get to play store and wrote a review about my experience with him. He then called my number and asked me to chat with him.
To cut the long story short, he was totally lack of manner and seriously dubious. He is now telling me that he will give me #1,500 to rewrite my review about him first then he will balance me with the remaining amount.
Till now, nothing has been done at all
