Hello my fellow aussie fam. Please, i want to confirm if the yellow fever vaccination received by kids (2 to 4 years) during immunization is acceptable at the airport for travel purpose or must it be changed to yellow fever card at the port health?

I haven't done centrelink or Medicare. But considering things like opening a bank account, registering your phone line, buying/transferring a car to your name, you may need proof of address, sometimes, which you can easily get from your airbnb host.

Keep track of everywhere you use that address as they would start sending mails to that house. When you get your own place, update all the addresses. And then keep in touch with your host so you can check for or ask if there are any mails for you. Your ATM card would have already been processed to the temporary address so you need to keep an eye out for things like that.

The bosses would comment on the other areas.
Thank you for your response.

hello my people,

Please, i need some clarifications on the below issue;

During registration with centrelink, medicare, opening of bank accounts e.t.c. i want to believe that Aussie address details is usually required, does providing a temporary address (temporary 'cos i'm looking at getting a short stay apartment through airbnb while i hunt for accommodation) sufficient for this purpose? cos i will want to proceed for these registrations immediately i touch land sydney.

Please oga's in the house your responses is highly needed.

To God alone be all the glory for He has filled my heart with great joy. I woke up this morning to receive a mail from skillselect containing an ITA for visa sub class 190 through NSW nomination.
I had to tell my wife to tap me to be very sure I wasn’t dreaming. Wow! It was real. Certainly with God all things are possible.
I have been a silent and ardent reader of this forum and benefited immensely from those who started the race before me through their advice and comments based on their personal experience and based on those who have asked questions. I didn’t have to ask any further questions because all I needed to ask had been asked and dealt with. I’m writing this to encourage those out there who are about to start this race and those in the middle of the race that surely we will all finish this race successfully.

Here is my timeline;
IELTS (L7.0 S6.5 R7.5 W7.0) - 07/01/2017
Lodged Skill assessment – 09/11/2017
EA assessment outcome (Professional Engineer) – 01/12/2017
PTE (L68 S69 W 82 R 80) – 09/01/2018
Lodged EOI with 70points (subclass 190 - NSW) – 12/01/2018
Invitation to apply for state nomination (NSW) – 02/03/2018
Lodged application – 12/03/2018
State nomination Application Approved – 19/03/2018
ITA from skillselect – 19/03/2018

This short write up will not be complete without appreciating the founding father of this great forum through which many have achieved their migration dream “Chief Bellong”, you are highly blessed sir.
Alphadoor, zanyzara, mamajaz, spyroxy1 and every other person who have contributed positively to this platform, I say a very big thank you to all.
Ultimately, thank you Jesus for making this a reality for me & family.

Haba!! But you said you have gone through the thread from page 1.

Ok oo. EA accepts your student's copy, the original submitted to an employer is equally accepted (that's what I used)
Lol. I have actually gone thru, i read a page where some one said student copy was rejected for Vetasses. Maybe i got it mixed up. Thanks so much. That was very valuable.
TravelRe: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by Emmabogs: 3:47pm On Dec 28, 2016
Good day house

I really want to appreciate those (Bellong et al) who have created this thread and also contributed highly relevant information to educate people like me on the steps towards obtaining PR through skilled migration. I have taken time to go through the pages of this thread right from pg 1, and have really learnt a lot. i have kick-started and really want to move at an express speed if possible due to various reasons like, skill migration policies changing, occupation ceiling getting filled up (like electronic engr) and so on.

Please, i need experts in the house (especially those already assessed by Engineer Australia) to help clear my doubt on if student's copy of an academic transcript or an official copy i got through a previous employer is accepted by EA?, as i very well know that some other assessing bodies don't accept, i equally know that requirement varies with different assessing bodies, hence the question as stated above. i have gone through the MSA booklet it only states that a complete and official transcript should be uploaded.

Thank you all in anticipation for the response.
